Re: Request for Reschedulement / Restructuring of credit facilities

I/We are banking with you since………………………. We have availed fund based limit of Rs……………………….. and
Non Fund based limits of Rs…………………………….

Presently we are facing the following issues

Due to the above issues we are finding it difficult to adhere to the stipulated repayment terms. We are proposing
following measures for revival/to overcome above issues.

As a measure of revival, we request for following amendment in sanction terms

I/We are ready to infuse funds of Rs………………… as our (Promoter’s) contribution for proposed restructuring i.e.,
2% of the restructured amount or 20% of Bank’s sacrifice, whichever is higher).

I/We have not made / any reference to BIFR/CDR or our account is not subject to restructuring/rehabilitation earlier

I/We are not indulged in frauds and malfeasance.

I/We have offered/are offering the Personal Guarantee of all the promoters.

I/We acknowledge the Bank’s right for recompense / accelerated repayment with the improvement in cash flows.
