that the applicant is aware of the guidelines laid down in the scheme of PMAY-CLSS. The benefit of
subsidy can be claimed if all the conditions laid down in the scheme are meeting the norms and HDFC
Ltd. is not responsible for any disqualification. The detailed guidelines of the scheme is available on
the websites of ministry, NHB and HUDCO.

The applicant on behalf of self and the co-applicants (if any in the above referred loan) hereby confirm
that HDFC Bank Ltd. will not be held responsible if any of the norms or conditions as mandated in the
guidelines are not met and the subsidy application under the scheme of PMAY-CLSS is not accepted
and/or processed.
