Temporary Work Agreement
Confidentiality and Non-Compete Agreement
This Agreement (“SSM") is made and entered into as of 06/16/2024 by and will terminate
06/14/2025 between Social Stock Media LLC. and TammyHtheRealtor LLC. "Tammy". Tammy
will be working with "SSM" with a business interest of social media management.
1. Non-Disclosure and Non-Compete:
a. Non-Disclosure: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any and all
proprietary information, including financial details, strategies with social media, and business
operations related to Social Stock Media LLC.
b. Non-Compete: Tammy agrees not to engage in any activities that directly compete with the
business of Social Stock Media LLC. and the same style of content created during the term of
this agreement and for a period of 4 months from the termination of this contract in the state of
Florida.
Goals Clause:
- "SSM" will work with Tammy with the goal of gaining a social media following on these
new accounts. With the intention of bringing new subscribers to her Onlyfans pages.
"SSM" will do everything in its power with its expertise and experience to make this
happen. Tammy understands that there is no guarantees, and understands "SSM" will do
everything in their power to obtain this goal.
2. Responsibilities:
a. Social Stock Media LLC.. Responsibilities: Social Stock Media LLC. will oversee the
creation of content creators, new pages created and will own all social media
accounts/content created.
- "SSM" Will create 2 new instagram accounts (one related to interview style
entertainment) (one related to "POV" point of view style entertainment content).
As well as 1 new account in (facebook, snapchat, Tiktok, youtube, and twitter)
with approval from Tammy
- SSM will be responsible for all filming/photography/editing/and posting on these
platforms. As well as coming up with content strategies/dealing with potential
flaggings on the accounts, promoting the accounts through daily story posts, and
tweeting on platforms such as twitter.
b. Tammy's Responsibilities: Tammy will create social media content 2x per week, with
operators of SSM. And be active on the accounts created (creating posts and stories on
instagram accounts)
3. Ownership and Revenue:
a. SSM will retain 20 percent of all generated sales from all of Tammy's Onlyfan's
accounts.
b. Usernames of the Onlyfans Accounts include: "@tammyhtherealtor" and
"@tammylh❞
c. SSM does not own any of the Only Fans accounts under Tammy Hernandez, but will
have access to ensure correct payouts per the days listed on the accounts

4. Payments:
"SSM" will receive payments biweekly, the 15th and 1st of each month, through payouts of the
Onlyfans accounts. Access to the Onlyfans accounts will be required to ensure correct payment
amounts.
4. Termination:
This agreement can be terminated by either party after the term of the one year contract
ends.
5. Confidentiality:
Social Stock Media LLC. agrees not to disclose any financial information regarding Tammy
Hernandez.
6. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida,
USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the date
first above written.
