Waiting time:

- Every effort will be made for you to be seen close to your time of appointment

- We aim to keep the waiting time under one hour

- Unfortunately, medical emergencies and the needs of other patients may cause additional delay

Eye Examination:

- A detailed assessment of your eye health will be done

- The complete eye examination may take approximately 2 to 4 hours - depending on the
complexity of your problem and the need for

special consultations with other specialists

- The doctor may decide to perform additional tests and investigations as necessary after your
initial evaluation. If so, we will try to

arrange these on the same day

- The time and charges for additional tests and investigations will be conveyed to you before
these are performed

Rescheduling your Appointment:

- In case you want to reschedule your appointment, please let us know at the earliest

- Normally, we are able to reschedule your appointments provided you inform us as early as
possible
