The following documents are to be uploaded online:

 List of Directors/Partners with residential address.

Required  Units handling Hazardous chemicals shall submit HARA report,
HAZOP report, Onsite Emergency plan

7 Form Submission https://www.apindustries.gov.in/APIndus/Default.aspx

1) Visit Single Desk Portal (SDP) & log in

2) Fill pre-operations Common Application Form (CAF 2)

3) Pay the requisite license fee as prescribed in the schedule

through the SDP payment gateway.

4) Upload documents for factory license

5) Factory is inspected by Deputy Chief Inspector of

Factories/Inspector of Factories.

6) The competent authority will verify the documents and request

for additional information (if required) within 3 working days.

7) If the application is in order, the digitally signed approval will be

8 given in 7 working days.

8) Post approval SMS alert will be sent to the applicant.
