Pathways
Certificate II in Manufacturing Technology acts as a general introductory
qualification to the manufacturing industry. It suits learners in schools and
new industry entrants. Certificate II can lead to the Certificate III in
Manufacturing Technology qualification which is aimed at school leavers
who have completed Year 12 and who will require a level of competence
needed to participate as members of their team and interact with
supervisors and managers. The Certificate III in Manufacturing Technology
is seen as the beginning of a career pathway in Technician skills.
