Minutes of the monthly review meeting of NLEP under the chairmanship of


Joint Director of Health Services.
Venue- Conference hall Date :- 9/5/2024

Participants: ALL NMA/ NMS/L/ DNO NLEP

The following decision were taken after due deliberation and discussion in the monthly
review meeting:

1. The it. DHS directed to all the NMA/NMS/LIto divide the ASHA villages among themselves
for the awareness meeting and home visit to leprosy patients. [ Responsible
Person=NMA/NMS/ASHA]
2. The Jt. DHS asked allthe NMA/NMS/LI to prepare the monthly micro plan of visit of ASHA
villages with ASHA, MPW, BCMs and all other field level health workers in an integrated mode.
The monthly action plan duly signed by SDMN&HO all BPHC should be submitted to District
Leprosy nuclear cell for monitoring purpose. [ Responsible Person =SDM&HO, all BPHC and
NMA/NMs]
3. The Jt. DHS Directed all the NMA/ NMS to follow up the new leprosy cases as well as the old
Leprosy patients. [ Responsible Person = NMA/NMS]
4. Asthere is no NMA under Nagarbera BPHC the NMA under Boko BPHC (4 days) and NMA
under Chhaygaon BPHC (2 days) has been directed to contribute the leprosy survey,Aware ness
Meeting as per their action plan. [ Responsible Person =SDM&HO, Boko BPHC and Chhaygaon
BPHC]
5. The Jt. DHS directed all the NMA/ NMS to upload the leprosy activities data with the help of
block data manager by the 7 of every month to facilitate the HMIS portal data. [ Responsible
Person = BDM, NMA/NMS]
6. The Jt. DHS directed all
NMA/NMS/Uto visit the VHND VHNSD session regularly to create
awareness as wellas screening. [Responsible Person =BDM,
NMA/NMS]
7. The It. DHS directed all
NMA/NMS/LIto coordinate with mobile medical unit (MMU) North
and South and Boat Clinic Chavgaon and
attend the Health Camps as per their action plan.
