EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The internship program has been designed by Purbanchal University for the partial
fulfillment of the degree of Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) for the
specialization course of the internship. It was indeed a great opportunity to know
about the banking activities in depth. The real world of the bank and observed the real
operations of the bank as the internee had only theoretical knowledge.
The first part of internship report deals with the introduction which defines about the
background of the study, overview of the internship program, reason of the study,
product and services, organization structure, methodology used, objective and
limitation of the study.
The second part of internship report deals with the methodology. Observation,
analysis and review of work is done where we have methods of collecting information
from many sources and observe that information for report and analysis of data
collected, critical analysis of the theoretical concepts relating to practical experience
in the customer services department and knowledge gained from the work assigned.
Finally, in the last part conclusion and recommendation is made where we
demonstrate the contribution of internship and posed so we comment and suggestion
to the Global IME Bank Limited for its effective and proper functioning in the
customer service department and true things catch from there.
