House Rules
COMPLIANCE WITH THE LAW: The Bar shall, at all times be conducted and operated in strict accordance with all applicable laws of the Philippine Republic and within ordinances of the City of Zamboanga. COMMITTEE RULES: The rules stated herein are determined by the House Rule Committee composed of the different Managers of the Bar. VIOLATION OF THE RULES: Those caught violating any of the rules, or for any conduct prejudicial to the best interest of the Bar, will be asked to leave the immediate premises of the Bar pending further action by the House Rules Committee. WASTE & REFUSE: Waste and refuse shall be placed in the dumpster which is located at the back portion of the Bar or at the strategically-placed waste bin inside the Bar. BAR HOURS: The bar shall be open from 8 pm until such time as may be determined by the House Rules Committee. The Bar functions as a Coffee Shop and Restaurant from 8 am until 5 pm. Film Showing is regularly held from 1pm until 4 pm. Other schedule will be posted on the web site (www.bamboo-blues.weebly.com) and in the weekly Bamboo Blues newsletter. DOGS: Dogs and other animals shall not be permitted in the Bar premises and will be leashed while on the grounds. Pet waste shall be disposed of in a proper manner. PARKING: All cars will be parked in spaces provided in front of the Bar as directed by a personnel-entrepreneur in charge of the parking in due consideration of the rights of other neighboring establishment to use such common space. PRIVATE PARTIES: Members desiring use of the Club, in all dining rooms, for private parties, shall apply to the House Rules Committee. Application should be in writing and will state the nature of the event, number of expected guests and the date and time desired. There will be no facilities charge for normal meetings of local, non-profit organizations. GUESTS: Guests are classified into Club Members who are holders of the Blue Card and are entitled to its privileges; Regular Guests who are holders of Bar Tokens with limited privileges and Visiting Guests who neither hold a Blue Card nor a Token but are nevertheless entitled to the services publicly offered by the Bar.

RESPONSIBILITY OF MEMBERS: Members introducing guests will be responsible for their conduct while in the Clubhouse or premises, and for any debt, liability or loss incurred by them. CONDUCT: All members and guests will conduct themselves in an acceptable manner at all times. Boisterous, profane, or unacceptable language shall at all times be prohibited upon the premises. ATTIRE: All members, guests, and visitors must wear shirts and shoes in the Clubhouse at all times. As much as possible respect for self-expression through ones attire shall be respected. RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSS: The Club shall not be responsible for any loss and or damage to property left or kept on the premises or for any other loss sustained in the Club by any persons unless properly deposited to the Table Manager responsible for them. CHILDREN: Underage guests are not allowed beyond 7 pm inside the premises of the Bar unless accompanied by their parents. COMPLAINTS: No member shall give any order to the General Manager or staff with regards to the operation of the Club and bar. Any complaints regarding the personnel of the Bar should be directed to the General Manager. FOOD, LIQUOR OR BEVERAGES: No food, liquor or beverages shall be brought into the Bar. TABLES: There are NO paid waiters or employee in the bar rather the Bar advocates a new concept of Table Managers who are self-paying entrepreneurs who earns from the bill paid by customers they brought in based on the agreement reached between them and the Bar Management. BAND: The entertainment of the Bar is under the exclusive right of the Bamboo Blues Band from Wednesday until Saturday. Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays are OPEN DAYS CHILDREN: Underage guests are not allowed beyond 9 pm inside the premises of the Bar unless accompanied by their parents. PERSONNEL-ENTREPRENEURS: Bar Personnel are NOT paid employees. They are businesspersons whose business venue is located in the Bamboo Blues Bar. They are governed by the individual business contract business contract signed between them and the Bar management.
