Introduction
Welcome to attend the 8th Seminar of Mechanics JM08 organized by the Military Polytechnic School (EMP) located at Bordj El Bahri (about 30 km east of the capital city Algiers). The Military Polytechnic School aims through these successfully organized series of seminars to create a suitable environment to put in connection researching scientists working in different fields with industry. With this 8th edition the seminar, admitted to be a tradition among the EMP scientific activities, is devoted to serve the researching community and relevant involved faculties.

Instructions For Authors

Instructions for papers preparation (not more than 8 pages) are given on the Website www.emp.edu.dz. A Template word file is available on this website and the papers in the recommended PDF format or in the Word format can be submitted by E-mail to the address jm@emp.edu.dz. The 8th seminar of Mechanics program will include invited plenary lectures, oral and poster presentations. The seminar languages for the presentations and discussions are English and French.

Objectives
As for past editions, the 8th seminar of Mechanics aims at providing an appropriate academic forum to promote and develop high quality research. It is also dedicated to offer opportunities for the interaction between theoretical and applied research as well as foster collaboration and cooperation relationships that are expected to bring better insight into the connection and the communication between research, realistic contexts and future perspectives.
