Any player who declines a position in the 16's Harold Mathews Program will be subject to PDJRL transfer rules

To accept your position in the Harold Matthews program please email Sam Jones at sam.jones@panthers.com.au or call
the Academy 0247209100 stating your name and junior league club. Parents are also asked to download and fill in the
medical screening form in full, and bring it with them to the orintation evening.
