*Subject: Urgent Request for Resolution of Long-Standing Issues and Account Settlement

Sir,
Mr. Sanjeev Mahlotra ji, I am the proprietor of AB Electrotec. Some problems have been
going on with my company since the beginning. Which has not been resolved yet. I have
informed Sanjay Sharma ji and you several times over the phone about this, as my
problems have not been resolved over the phone even till today i.e. 23-10-2024, as a result
of which I had to resort to mail. Problems-
1- When we were told about taking the job of Super Scientist of the Company that the
Company would sell the goods and distributors would be made for you and the
Company would help in selling the goods, but in all this time neither any distributor
was made by the Company nor any help was given in selling the goods.
2- While taking the super stockist point, the company (Sanjeev Mahlotra ji) talked
about a local sales man. He said that you should keep a local role gain. After some
time the company will bear his expenses. So on the advice of Sanjeev Mahlotra ji, I
hired Ankur Dixit but we did not receive any proposal from him.
3- I used to take goods from the company in cash without my permission but you and
Sanjay Sharma ji created a credit limit without my permission in order to achieve
your targets.
4- The company had sent me the goods even before the date of taking Super Stockist,
which was in the name of Sanjay Sharma and you. Sanjay Sharma had also mailed the
company several times. He had told me that I have sent a demand to the company
for the goods, but I have not received those sticker even today (23-10-2022) nor have
the sticker been pasted on them by the company. Even today that goods are lying in
my godown. Tell me what should I do with that goods.
5- The employees of the company (Sanjay Sharma ji and Sanjeev Mahlotra ji), in order
to complete their deadlines, sent me these goods which was already in my
warehouse without my order and the company created my credit limit and sent it to
me the invoice no.__________________.so, I was asked to return the goods, but
they said that they would get it returned today or tomorrow, but it has not been
returned till date.
6- The mail were sent by the employer of the company many times for some invoice
whose serial no. are these [78678,78700,79018] . Which have not been received by
the company till date. Regarding which we have mailed the company several times.
7- Due to these disputes, I talked to Sanjay Sharma ji about woundup and asked him to
get me finalized from the company and on my request, he sent me the details of my
stock and the details of replacement goods amount in front of everyone. He assured
me that your settlement will be done and both your bank deposits kept in the
company as guarantee will be returned to you. But till now Sanjay Sharma has not
given any information about the reply to that mail.
8- You along with Sanjay Sharma ji, we have told many times regarding . And we had
also sent mail to the company regarding this but neither Sanjay Sharma ji nor you
gave any reply to this problem and nor did we get any reply to the mail from the
company.
9- All these problems were going on when Sanjay Sharma ji left the job or the company
fired him. I called Sanjay Sharma ji several times to tell him that he was not coming as
super stockist but did not get any reply from him. Well, I came to know about this
after three months when Om ji asked me if he would come as super specialist for
replacement, then he told me that Sanjay Sharma ji had left the job. But the company
did not inform me in writing till date that Sanjay Sharma ji had left the job. After
Sanjay Sharma ji left, neither the expired goods were lifted nor any action was taken
to lift my stock so that the relations between me and the company could remain
cordial.
Hence, my humble request to the company is that the company should please take my
expiry date and my goods and settle my account with me.
