Dear Sir,
Under the instruction and on behalf of my client Mr. Tejinder Singh, I Advocate Payel DasGupta, do
hereby serve upon you with the following legal notice;

1. That my client states that my client placed an order of a product on your concern application ‘Myntra’ on
27.03.2022 bearing Order ID 120027467635703139503 of Rs. 3,056/-(Rupees Three Thousand Fifty Six
Only).

2. That my client states that the product was set of six and my client got the delivery on 04.04.2022.

3. That my client states that after receiving the product my client got utter shocked aa my client received only one
product amongst six.

4. That my client states that my client opened the packaging in front of the delivery boy of Ekart and after which
he said to my client that the remaining five product supposed to be deliver by the another executive of the said
courier but nothing has come.

5. That my client states that my client also dropped mail to your concern and called the customer care but no
support has been provided from your end and also my client visited the Ekart Courier office several time but did
not get any product from your end.

6. That my client states that the customer care of your concern stated that they have delivered the six products and
wrong return request has been initiated by my client due to which the product will not be picked up.

7. That my client states that my client got harassed and was in a lot of trouble as my client did not expect this kind
of treatment of casualty like this from your end which is so unacceptable.

8. That being deprived of the facilitated service my client intimated your concern on several occasions by way of
telephonic and emails conversations in respect of the above mentioned issue. However, you have acted like
flogging of a dead horse in order to provide resolution which is extremely unprofessional in nature.

9. That due to your aforementioned malafide act and conduct my client got duped the hard-earned money of my
client which is hindering my client in an erroneous way as my client has been facing the tremendous noetic
agony and due to the same my client has not got able to live the life in own accord.

10. Thus in order to resolve the difficulties of my client, I would direct you to duly look into this matter with a
foremost importance to take necessary steps to provide my client a full refund of Rs. 3,056/-(Rupees Three
Thousand Fifty Six Only) with a compensation amount of Rs. 7, 000/-(Rupees Seven Thousand Only) for
the mental agony suffered by my client due to the illegible and unethical behaviour of your representative.

I would duly request you to provide all the expenses in lieu of the legal recourse towards my client

I look forward to your positive reply and solution to the abovementioned problem and will wait until 15 days
else you will be liable for any further legal recourse.
