Madam,

As per the instructions received from my client namely

Sh. Rahul Kumar, S/o Sh. Devender Kumar, R/o A-898, J.J.
Colony, Pankha Road, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059; I do
hereby serve upon you this Legal Notice with following
effects:

1. That my client is a law abiding and peace-loving citizen of

India and is residing at A-898, J.J. Colony, Pankha Road,
Uttam Nagar, New Delhi-110059 with his family members.

2. That in month of November 2018 my client and you the

addressee became friend through online social application
namely Vigo Video App and your user id was “Lovely Ji”.
Thereafter, with passage of time you become more and more
friendly with my client and my client developed good faith
upon you.

3. That you the addressee told my client that you are an
aspiring model and actor and presently you do not have any
work therefore you are in urgent need of money. You the
addressee borrowed money from my client and compelled my
client to lend you more money with promise of returning once
you get a job/ project and under good faith my client lent
you money through online transfers as mentioned below:

4. That you the addressee called my client on 25.04.2019 from
your mobile no. 8511354001 and 9265374084 on his mobile no.
9818908681 and 9911252999 and compelled to meet with my
client in person after which my client booked an E-Ticket of
flight from Delhi to Mumbai on 25.04.2019 for flight dated
01.05.2019. You the addressee met with my client on the
evening of 02.05.2019 at your rented premises addressed
Renuka Apartment, Nallasupara, East, Mumbai-401209 where you
started asking my client to lend you more money stating
urgent family need thereafter my client handed over to you
in cash another Rs. 36,000/- (Rupees Thirty-Six Thousand
only).

5. That you the addressee borrowed money from my client time

and again and promised to return the abovesaid amount by
December 2019, as my client had friendly relation with you,
and he had good faith upon you therefore he agreed.

6. That in the end of December 2019, when my client asked you

the addressee to repay the said total amount of
Rs. 1,35,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Thirty-Five Thousand only),
you the addressee showed your inability to repay the same
for one reason or the other.

7. That every time my client apprised you telephonically

regarding payment of money you the addressee came forward
with lame excuses for not repaying the above said amount.

8. That you the addressee have cheated my client and have

entrapped him with your false promises and assurances to
repay the above said amount.

9. That my client has sent you the address Legal Notices
previously as well after which you requested my client to
give you some more time to repay the loan amount but till
date you have not made any payment to my client moreover you
the addressee are now threatening my client that if he asks
money back then you will file a false case of harassment
against him.

10. That now you the addressee is liable to pay a sum of

Rs. 1,35,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Thirty-Five Thousand only)
along with interest @ 18% per annum within 15 days (Fifteen
days) from the receipt of this Legal Notice to my client,
failing which my client shall be constrained to initiate
appropriate legal proceedings civil as well as criminal
against you. Needless to mention that the same shall be done
entirely at your risk and cost, which please note you are
liable to pay Rs. 7,000/- (Rupees Seven Thousand only) as
Legal Notice charges.

Copy of this Legal Notice has been kept for record as

well as for further persuasion.
