PERIODIC TEST CIRCULAR


Dear Parents

Kindly note the following points for the Periodic Test:


• PT-I examination will be conducted for 40 marks.

• It is mandatory for all students to bring their hall tickets on all days of the examinations.
These should be issued by the school before 27.06.2025. Parents are requested to clear
second quarter fees for academic year to receive the hall tickets.

• School reporting time will remain as usual.

• Examination will be conducted in the morning with writing time from 8:45 am to 10.15 am.
There will be long break after examination and then regular teaching periods will be followed
as per timetable (5th Period onwards).

• Student must follow the instructions given by invigilators.

• Student should not indulge in any unfair practice. If found, he/she will be booked under unfair
means (UFM) activity and action will be taken as per the rules of the Board.

• Attendance is mandatory for students for all examinations.

Kindly find the timetable and syllabus for the Periodic Test attached with this circular.
