Kindly ensure that each loan file has the following documents. Tick the
documents available on the file. No file should be submitted without all the listed
documents.

4. 2. Passport Photos

Business:
5. PACRA Certificate
6. Articles of Association
7. PACRA Computer Printout
8. ZRA Tax Clearance
9. Business Plan

Financial:
11. Management Accounts or Financial Statements
12. Bank Statements (Latest 6months)
13. Pay slips – Where Promoter is in full time employment
14. CRB (Done by CEEC Officer)
15. Purchase Order/Contract where applicable.
Collateral:
15. Copy of Title Landed Property
16. Copy of white book for motor vehicle or asset documentation for
other assets pledged as collateral.
