DRIVER CONTRACT AGREEMENT

WHEREAS:
The Company agrees to employ the Driver, and the Driver agrees to operate the Company’s vehicles under the terms and
conditions outlined in this Agreement.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Responsibilities of the Driver
a. The Driver shall operate the Company’s vehicles responsibly and adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
b. The Driver shall ensure that the vehicle is maintained in proper condition, including reporting any defects or
malfunctions immediately to the Company.
c. The Driver must avoid reckless driving, speeding, or engaging in any conduct that could endanger lives or damage
property.
d. The Driver shall not use the vehicle for any unauthorized purpose or carry unauthorized passengers or goods.
2. Accidents and Liability
If an accident occurs while the Driver is operating the vehicle, the following terms will apply:
Driver’s Fault: If the Driver is found to be at fault for the accident (e.g., due to negligence, violation of traffic rules, or
reckless behaviour), the Driver will be solely responsible for all costs related to:
Repairs to the vehicle
Damages caused to third parties
Fines, penalties, or legal fees arising from the accident
The Company will not provide any financial compensation in such cases.
No Driver’s Fault: If the Driver is not at fault and the accident occurs due to external factors (e.g., another driver’s
negligence or unavoidable circumstances), the Company will bear the costs associated with:
Vehicle repair or replacement
Legal fees or fines (if applicable)
Any other financial liability resulting from the accident
The Driver is required to cooperate fully with the Company and law enforcement agencies in any investigation related to
an accident.
3. Vehicle Usage Guidelines
The Driver shall not consume alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating substances before or during vehicle
operation.
The Driver must ensure that the vehicle is used only for official Company purposes unless otherwise authorized in
writing.
All traffic fines, penalties, or violations incurred due to the Driver’s actions will be the sole responsibility of the
Driver.
The Driver is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle.
4. Reporting Obligations
The Driver must report any incidents, including accidents, mechanical failures, or traffic violations, immediately to
the Company.
The Driver must maintain a daily log of trips, including start and end times, mileage, and any observations
regarding the vehicle’s condition.
5. Termination
The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if the Driver:
Repeatedly violates traffic laws or Company policies
Causes accidents due to negligence
Engages in misconduct or unauthorized use of the vehicle
6. Confidentiality
The Driver agrees not to disclose any Company-related information, vehicle contents, or trip details to unauthorized
parties.
7. Acknowledgment
By signing this Agreement, the Driver confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions
outlined above. The Driver acknowledges that they accept full responsibility for their actions while operating the
Company’s vehicles.
