shares vide Share Certificate No. 004 dated 1 st October, bearing distinctive numbers
from 016 to 020 both inclusive in respect of RH No. 4 Samrat Co-operative Housing
Society Ltd., Plot No. 12, Sector – 07, Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai – 400709of the face
value of Rs. 5/- each.

2. Shri INDER S. MADAN, the deceased expired on 15-07-2020 at Navi Mumbai.


3. Shri INDER S. MADAN, the deceased expired on 15-07-2020 at Navi Mumbai) leaving
behind him/her all the following legal heirs:

held by the deceased.
6. We do not desire to make any claim of title of the said share in the property held by
the deceased.
We hereby agree to renounce all our rights existing as well as they may accrue to us in
future in respect of the aforesaid property.
7. We declare that we have no objection whatsoever in transmitting the said property in
the name of the applicant Smt. Anu Madan
We are executing this declaration to be submitted to the Hon’ble Court
VERIFICATION

We hereby state that whatever is stated herein above are true to the best of our
knowledge.
