Here you can get Bóbr k*rw@! achievement. You have to smash two planks back to
back first try each with your fist to get this one. If you fail to do this on these planks,
don't worry, you'll have to smash A LOT of planks during the game, just try again later.
Punch the wooden boards and proceed into the room, go all the way till the end and you'll find
the first key out of two to the secret in the bathroom

Secret 2
On the way to dealer's apartment you'll see a barred window (there will also be a pop up about
secrets on the screen near the place).
Break the boards and carefully walk the planks to the rooftop of the building on your left.

There you'll find the secret
Secret 3 & Tape 1
Get to the balcony of the dealer's apartment (by punching wooden boards on the window).

There carefully walk the planks towards the lift
Press the button on the lift to go down
:
Turn around and break some more wooden planks
The tape is on the shelf in the secret room

Secret 1 (step 2) & Tape 2
Drop down from the lift in the fenced off area.
The second key to the secret room if on a box right under the dealer's balcony.
:
Go deeper in the fenced off area and at the end you'll see a metal gate. Open it and go in the
secret room.
The tape is going to be there. Near the tape lies the fertilizer. Pick it up to get
Strawberry Fields Forever achievement.

Tape 3
The last tape is going to be in the attic of the dealer's apartement.
:
Flush the toilet (to progress towards Down By The River achievement)
You're NOT gonna get it now, for this achievement you have to flush the toilet on every
map (don't worry, I'll remind you)
This is How We Do It - You'll get it automatically for washing off your first blood stain.
Supermassive Black Hole - You'll get this one for picking up 100 pieces of trash. Don't
worry about it, it'll happen automatically as you play.
These are for completing the level and completing the level with perfect score.
(Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap and Bad Call)
Home (Intermission)
:
Who Let The Dogs Out - you get this one for petting Dexter, your dog. Just find it
somewhere around your apartment.
Happy Together - you get this one for petting Dexter 15 times.
Bitter Sweet Symphony - after collecting at least 1 casette, open your tablet in your
apartment (by pressing c), go to the music tab and play any song.
Flush the toiled to progress towards the "Down By The River" achievement.

Electric Feel - for this achievement pick up the toaster from the kitchen in your
apartment (The toaster doesn't spawn at the beginning, it spawns around missions 4 or
5 so don't worry if you can't see it yet, I'll remind you about the toaster)
Bring it to the bathroom and put it in the bathtub

Trial By Blood
This chapter contains 3 Tapes and 2 Secrets
Call Me Maybe - don't respond to Big Jim's call (by walkie talkie, at the beginning of the
level). Just ignore him for a little while.

Don't forget to flush the toilet to progress towards Down By The River achievement.

Secret 1 and Tape 1 and Tape 2
Get the W024 keycard from the tanning room.

Take M034 from W024
Take the VIP card from M034
Get to the wall with digital lock and hack your way in. There you'll get Tape 1 (it's on the desk)

There on the wall use the VIP keycard to open the VIP room and get the Gold On The
Ceiling achievement
The VIP room will open

There you can get the Tape 2
Secret 2
Pick up W018 keycard from the VIP room
:
Open the locker W018 to get the secret.
Tape 3
Get back in the room with the digital lock (where you used the VIP card and got Tape 1). Use two
wrenches and the valve to drain the pool.

Retrieve the M017 from the bottom of the pool.
The Tape 3 is inside M017.

These are for completing the level and completing the level with perfect score
(Relax, Take It Easy and Trial By Blood)
Toxic Love
This level is the easiest to get Smooth Operator achievement. It requires you to
complete a mission without breaking any items or creating any new stains.
(alternatively it's much easier to get it by replaying this mission after completing the
game when you have skills that let you leave no footprints or stains).
Tape 1
First tape is on the shelf in the living room.

Secret 1
On the first floor there's a secret room behind the painting (just follow the blood trail)
In there you'll see a chair looking at another painting.

Behind it there's a safe. Hack it and you'll get the Get lucky achievement.
:
Tape 2
Turn on the switch in the secret room that you just opened. It'll open a door on the ground floor
and on the 1st floor.
The tape is in the room on the 1st floor that got unlocked, on the floor near the bathroom.

Don't forget to flush to progress the Down By The River achievement.
These are for completing the level and completing the level with perfect score
(Can You Feel My Heart and Toxic Love)
Short Circuit
This chapter contains 2 Tapes and 2 Secrets
Don't forget to flush the toilet to progress Down By The River achievement

Tape 1
On the 1st floor, in the room where a male was shot, on the bookshelf.
:
Secret 1
On the 1st floor interact with a tilted sconce.
A secret door will open behind the boxes. This will also earn you Another Brick In The
Wall achievement.
:
Secret 2
In the living room next to the fridge there's a small door.
Once you enter the dining room, there's a way into the living room to the left. The video
will start playing on TV as soon as you enter the living room earning you Hail To The
King achievement.

Tape 2
By now the second tape should spawn in the exact same spot where the first one was.

These are for completing the level and completing the level with perfect score
(Technical DIfficulties and Short Circuit)
After completing this level, get the ladder from the skill point menu (last page if I remember
correctly) since it's gonna be necessary for getting an achievement in the next mission.
Italian Job
This chapter contains 3 Tapes and 3 Secrets
Secret 1 and Tape 1
In the kitchen drawer under the cards there is a key, take it.
Use it to open the hatch under the boxes in the office.

Get down in the secret room and hack the safe on the wall there. This will also earn you
the Treasure achievement.

Edit: According to Kellz (thank you for pointing this out) you can also start progressing
towards the While My Guitar Gently Weeps achievement here (for this achievement
you'll have to play 3 types of guitars). Kellz: "You get the third guitar along with the
other two needed in the Italian Job location, it is inside the gambling den, on the left
side when facing the doorway next to the statue". (sorry, I don't have a screenshot, if you don't
find that guitar then just follow the guide, you'll get the achievement anyway, no worries)
The Tape is on a drawer in the same room as the safe.
Don't forget to flush to progress towards the Down By The River achivement.

Tape 2
Second tape is on the drawer in the office.
Secret 2
Go into the back alley. The door on the screenshot can be opened.

Inside break the wooden planks
And also play the guitar to progress towards the While My Guitar Gently Weeps
achievement. (You will NOT get the achievement rn, but will progress towards getting it.
To get it you have to play all guitar types that are in the game)

Secret 3 and Tape 3
In the backyard there's a brick wall that can be climbed over (with a ladder from the skill tree) (or
if you haven't unlocked the latter, you can also stack up boxes and climb over the wall (credit:
isolatedbunny)).
:
Climbing over will get you the Rock and Roll All Nite achievement.
Play the guitar there to progress towards the While My Guitar Gently Weeps
achievement.
:
The Tape is on the DI box.
:
These are for completing the level and completing the level with perfect score
(Gangsta's Paradise and Italian Job)
*Also it's the time to check if the toaster finally has spawned in your house for Electric Feel
achievement!
Affair With Death
This chapter contains 3 Tapes and 3 Secrets
Secret 1
Place the ladder near the basketball playground to get on the little wall and up from there.
Alternatively, you can go up the stairs (to the right from the basketball playground), turn around
and follow the edge.
The secret is under the highest tree. It's distinct by the pillows that can be found there.

Use the basketball court to get the achievement Basket Case you have to throw the ball
into the basket. It might take a couple of tries, but I'm sure you'll get it no problems.
:
Tape 1
The first tape is on the ground floor on the TV cabinet in the living room.
Don't forget to flush the toilet to progress the Down By The River achievement.
:
Tape 2
Second Tape is on the cabinet in the bedroom on the ground floor.
Secret 2
:
In the basement there's a hidden passage behind the pile of boxes. There you'll see a
huge pile of papers that look like money. Take them all to get the Money For Nothing
achievement.
Tape 3
On the dressing table in the daughter's room.

Secret 3
A key can be found on the toilet on the 1st floor.
Use it to open the laundry room next to the bathroom on ground floor.

(Bad Romance and Affair With Death)
Friendly Fire
This chapter contains 2 Tapes and 2 Secrets
Tape 1
First tape is on the kitchen shelf in the kitchen.

Secret 1
Open the ventilation duct in the bathroom.
To get the Pyramid Song achievement you have to destroy the toilet paper pyramid in
the bathroom (remove every single roll of paper (credit to: tweetledraws and Reweekes))

Inside the music room, on the desk.
Secret 2

There is a cabinet that can be opened under the right book wall in the living room. (It's under one
of those golden collectable items)
These are for completing the level and completing the level with perfect score
(Another One Bites The Dust and Friendly Fire)
Party's Over
This chapter contains 3 Tapes and 2 Secrets
To get the Fight For Your Right (To Party) achievement, you have to pop 30 ballons. You
can smash them or sprint over them.

Tape 1
In the right cabin, in the bathroom.
Secret 1
Go around the right cabin from the right

There at the end you'll see a wooden door.
Break it with your axe and go inside.
Secret 2 and Tape 2
:
Between the construction site and the pool, there's a hidden passage in the hedges.
Go through it, there will be a point where you have to crouch.
When you reach the end, you'll find a place decorated for proposing. There will be a
tape on the bench. You'll also get an achievement Single Ladies for reaching this place.

Don't forget to flush the toilet to progress towards Down By The River achievement.

Tape 3
On the TV table in the party house
These are for completing the level and completing the level with perfect score
(Smells Like Teen Spirit and Party's Over)
Modern Art
This chapter contains 4 Tapes and 2 Secrets
Secret 1
In the cassette room (to the left from the entrance) next to the stage. You can make a staircase
up to the golden cassette by opening the glass cases.

After you interact with the golden cassette, a secret door to your left will be opened revealing a
secret room
Tape 1
On a stage in the west wing cassette room.

Play the last guitar type to get the While My Guitar Gently Weeps achievement.
:
This is not a part of achievement / secrets but this thing was the hardest for me to find so I'll just
attach a screenshot, maybe it'll help you too.
Secret 2 and Tape 2
Switch the channels in the deepest corner of the maze in the north exhibition until it looks like
that:

(if you are curious, the natural way to solve this is to approach this room from the 1st floor and
see the answer in the reflection on the ceiling (that's what I thought, rosengrant and Detachi
pointed out in the comments that "the intended route to solve the screens in the museum is to
match them to the security computer screens in the back behind the rug/music exhibit,
reflections feels like an oversight to me"). Anyway, after you do that, a secret door will open right
next to the TVs.
:
Go in there, take the katana and get out. You'll also get an achievement Rage Against
The Machine for that. When you leave the secret room, you'll see a mannequin holding
the second tape.
Tape 3

On a table in the red room
Tape 4
In the duck room in the north exhibition there is a staircase leading to the 1st floor
Get up there and you'll find the fourth tape in the middle of the hallway.

Don't forget to flush the toilet to progress towards Down By The River achievement.

There are also a lot of breakable objects in this level so if you haven't gotten the What
I've Done achievement yet, this is the perfect level to farm it (you have to destroy 30
objects to get it).
These are for completing the level and completing the level with perfect score
(The Art Of Dying and Modern Art)
Call In Dead
This chapter contains 4 Tapes and 5 Secrets
Secret 1
In the power supply room, there's a breakable vent. Break it and go through it to get the first
secret.
Secret 2
In the hall ground floor, from the side of power room, there is a stack of boxes that can be
climbed.

Climb them and then turn around and duck under the metal thingy
At the end of the way, you'll get the secret.
:
The conveyor belt keycard
I'll list all the keycard placements as well to make it easier to navigate through the level. So the
conveyor belt keycard is in the hands of the worker that is squished on the said conveyor belt.
:
The hatch keycard
The hatch keycard is in the office space in the next room from the control room.
Secret 3
In the control room you can climb lockers to get on top of pipes above the control room.
:
Climb the pipes towards the vent, break it and go through towards the next secret. An
achievement Lookin' Out My Back Door should also pop for getting in this secret room.
Secret 4 and Tape 1
:
The key to the secret TV room is in the middle of a small room in Hall Ground Floor (close to the
elevator)
The TV room itself is in the power supply area. There is a cardboard cut-out besides the door.
Inside the room there is a tape behind the curtain.

The elevator keycard
The elevator keycard is in the sorting room at the start of conveyor belt, on top of a box.
:
Tape 2
On a table in the office on the second floor (get there by using the elevator).
The crane keycard
The crane keycard can be obtained by descending the ladder that's leading from the balcony of
the office space on the second floor.
:
Tape 3
In the same space where you found the crane keycard there's a blue container in the corner.
Inside there's a lunchbox inside of which there's a tape.
:
Secret 5 and Tape 4
Use the crane to lift the container up. Use it to cross to the other side.
On the other side there's another blue container.
:
Inside that container an unknown key can be found
This key opens the door in the area where conveyor belt starts and where you found the elevator
keycard.
:
Inside that room there's a tape. After getting this tape an achievement for collecting all
the tapes Juke Box Hero should pop.
:
Don't forget to flush to finally get the Down By The River achievement.
By this time an achievement Money, Money, Money should pop for stealing 50,000
dollars. If it hasn't popped then you'll have to go back and look more carefully through
the levels to get more money but I'm sure you've got it a long time ago already.
By this time an achievement Oops!... I Did It Again should pop for tipping the bucket
over 15 times. If it hasn't, then it's time to farm it. The bucket doesn't have to be
bloody, you can just fill it with water, tip it over and repeat until the achievement pops.
These are for completing the level and completing the level with perfect score
(Killing In The Name and Call In Dead)
And with the last achievement for completing level with the perfect score the last
achievement Perfect Crime should also pop for completing all missions with a 100%
deception score.

@Hanna For me, Perfect crime achievement popped when arriving back at the garage at
home after watching the ending credits and then the final cinematic following the 10th job

in italian job, i unlocket that - While My Guitar Gently Weeps - there is three different quitar,
that last one is in secret basement near shelf
