Student Application Disclaimer
1. I understand that ISC Education relies on information provided by me in good faith to
match the entry requirements of the educational institutions they represent. I also
understand that the final decision of acceptance of my application will be made by the
relevant education institution I apply to.
2. I confirm that the information was given by me in this application and all documentation I
have provided is genuine and I understand that giving false or misleading information may
lead to termination of my admission offer.
3. I understand that ISC Education has collected my personal information to enable my
request for obtaining information on study opportunities at education institutions.
4. I am aware that I must immediately inform ISC Education if I find that any information
provided in this application or any of the documentation I have is incorrect, or if there is
any change in my circumstances that is relevant to my application or to my finances
including my ability to support myself.
5. I declare that I have never breached the condition of any visa type at any time to enter any
country.
6. I authorise ISC Education to contact any person, institution, or organisation named in my
application or supporting documents and authorise ISC Education and those persons,
institutions, and organisations to disclose any relevant information they may hold about me
for verification of my application and supporting documents.
7. I confirm that I have access to sufficient funds to support my education and living for the
duration of my studies. I acknowledge that I may be required to provide additional
documents to confirm my ability to meet all necessary expenses as recommended.
8. I confirm that all documentation provided for my application, evidence of my finances, and
visa application are genuine.
9. I understand that on acceptance of the unconditional offer, I am obliged to comply with all
terms conditions, and policies of the institution in respect to:
a) The refund policy of tuition fee, accommodation fee, and deposit (usually non-refundable).
b) Transfer from the institution granting offer and seat to another institute post-arrival.
c) Change of program policy.
10. I also understand that within the country of my destination, I am required to abide by all
applicable laws and regulations including without limitation to the working restrictions,
academic performance, satisfactory attendance, and all other conditions of my student visa.
11. I understand I will have reasonable access to my personal information held by ISC
Education and will be able to request correction of any personal information that is incorrect
or no longer accurate.
