CLASSROOM POLICIES:
1. Unannounced quiz should expect always.
2. Automatic 50% deductions from the scores in the module that is submitted late.
3. Academic honesty must observe at all the times. Any student who is found to be plagiarizing or cheating will be disciplined on the college's disciplinary measures.
4. Checking of attendance during synchronous sessions and in-person classes will be strictly monitored.
5. Observe good behaviour at all the times.
6. Everyone deserves respect, both students and teachers.
7. Come to class prepared to learn.
8. Always be on time.
9. Failure to obey any classroom policies will receive sanctions based on your student handbook.
10. Class standing shall be monitored and students may inquire during consultation hours. Midterm and final term grade consultation shall be practiced before its submission to the MIS Office. Once grades are
submitted to the Registrar’s Office at the end of the semester, they shall be considered final. Change of grades shall be possible only if there is an honest mistake or error in the computation process.
11. In coherence with the provisions of Republic Act 11313 or the Safe Streets and Public Spaces Act of 2019, the NPC community and this class in particular will not tolerate any form of gender-based sexual
harassment. Members of the classroom are expected to respect one another regardless of sexual orientation and gender identity expression.
12. On the use of AI, make sure it is just a tool. Once it was check on AI Checker and it is more than 15%, you have to edit your work.
13. Clearly disclose the use of AI in all outputs. Any AI use must be indicated in assignments through a Declaration of AI Use, specifying: Tool used (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini), Task (e.g., grammar check, outline
suggestion) and Extent of use.
14. Students must secure written permission before uploading faculty-created content (syllabi, slides, feedback) into AI tools.
