As per our discussion for consent to operate renewal work, we have studied the work in detail
and submit you a detailed quotation in support of your request. We hope that this quotation

1.​ Completing the application form, preparing the per annum
necessary annexures and relevant documents as per board
norms, and submitting them both online and to the MPCB web
portal.
2.​ Following up with various concerned officers and
offices, Including field officers, sub-regional officers, and
regional officers.
3.​ Coordinating with the client to address any compliance
issues or queries raised by MPCB, preparing and submitting
technical replies to compliance points after discussion and approval
by the client.
4.​ Submitting any additional documents required by MPCB.
5.​ Expediting the application process to ensure it is
prioritized and processed within a specified timeframe, and
obtaining consent from MPCB.

1. TAXES: Extra (GST/TDS or any other Govt. taxes will be paid by client.)
2. 50% Advance along with purchase order
3. 30% immediate after submission of Application.
4. 20% immediate after receipt of Restart Order.
Note: This quotation is based on the information provided regarding Capital Investment, Production
Quantity, and Pollution Load. If there are changes to these factors, the quotation amount, timeline, and
duration will be increased and may incur additional costs at actual.

Important Note: -
1.​ MPCB Fees (Based on Capital Investment) / Applicable Penalties / Environment Compensation
/ Additional Charges to be Paid by Client (LTI).
2.​ Any additional work not mentioned above quotation will incur extra charges as applicable at
actual and rightful.
3.​ The client is responsible for providing the necessary NOCs and documents required by MPCB,
including Local Body NOC (Gram Panchayat/Corporation/Nagar Parishad NOC), Collector NOC,
Bird Sanctuary NOC, Water Permission NOC, Wildlife NOC, Forest NOC, Fire NOC, Permission
from DISH, and CGWA NOC, if applicable, as well as any other mandatory NOCs and documents
needed to complete the works asked by the Board.
4.​ To apply for Consent to Operate, the client must provide an audited balance sheet and details
of fixed assets as per requirement of board.
5.​ The customer must complete their scope of work on time; otherwise, the completion time will
be extended according to the delay.
6.​ The client must adhere to and abide by environmental statutory rules and regulations.
7.​ The client must provide the required documents and data for submission in both hard and soft
copies to the SATPL office. If there is a delay in submitting the necessary information, the
completion time may be extended.
8.​ If the scope of work and project timeline are significantly altered due to changes in governing
legislation, project-specific requirements of statutory agencies, meetings, or the availability of
concerned officers, the extra work will be payable by the client after reasonable negotiations to
SATPL.
9.​ The tasks outlined in the scope of work will be completed based on the information provided
by the client. Therefore, it is the client’s responsibility to ensure that this information is
accurate and authentic.
10.​The client shall provide free access to all drawings, reports, and other technical information
necessary for the completion of assignments, as and when required.
11.​A responsible representative from the client must accompany SATPL personnel when
presenting at various statutory offices, as needed. The client will also provide an authorization
letter detailing the representative who will accompany SATPL.
12.​The client must adhere to environmental statutory compliances as per the specified conditions.
13.​Any work beyond the above-mentioned scope will incur additional charges as applicable.
14.​If a government authority or body changes or is not available, the time limit may be extended
accordingly.
15.​The client will issue an authority letter in favor of SATPL using the attached format.
16.​Quotation Validity: 15 Days.
17.​Time of Completion: Within 2 to 3 months from the receipt of the Purchase Order and advance.
