MHT CET 2026: The authority of Maharashtra’s Common Entrance Test Cell will release the notification of MHT CET 2026 on
its official website cetcell.mahacet.org. Maharashtra Health and Technical Common Entrance Test allows the candidates to
pursue undergraduate engineering, technical, and pharmacy courses. MHT CET 2026 Exam notification is expected to be
released in December 2025.
Candidates need to complete 10+2 with Maths, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as subjects to fulfill the MHT CET Eligibility
Criteria. The MHT CET 2026 examination will be divided among the PCB and PCM groups for admissions into medical courses

MHT CET 2026 Eligibility Criteria
It is mandatory for students to complete their 10+2 with subjects including maths, physics, chemistry, and biology to be
eligible for the MHT CET exam 2026. There is no age limit for applicants to apply for MHT CET 2026. BSC degree holders and
Diploma engineering completed candidates are also eligible to apply for MHT CET 2026 exam. Applicants get admission into
B. Pharmacy and B.Tech undergraduate courses through the MHT CET Examination.

Candidates have to register for the MHT CET 2026 examination through Maharashtra’s state common entrance test cell
cetcell.mahacet.org. Follow the below method for the MHT CET application process.

Note down the system-generated application number.

MHT CET 2026 Application Fees
MHT CET 2026 application fees are different for different categories. General category candidates have to pay 1000 rupees,
and reservation candidates have to pay 800 rupees. A late fee of 500 has to be paid if the candidate applies after the last
date of application.

MHT CET Exam Centres 2026
MHT CET Cell conducts the MHT CET 2026 exam across all 36 districts of Maharashtra. THE MHT CET 2025 exam was
conducted in almost 226 centres across Maharashtra. Candidates have to select their district and centre to attend for MHT
CET 2026 examination. Exam Centre details will be informed through the admit card. MHT CET exam centres are available in
different states outside Maharashtra, also Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Delhi, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Jharkhand, Madhya
Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka.
MHT CET 2026 Exam Pattern & Syllabus
The authority of Maharashtra’s CET Cell will conduct two types of exams, the PCB group exam and the PCM group exam in
MHT CET 2026. The syllabus for this MHT will be 20 percent from Class 11th and 80 percent from Class 12th. For
Mathematics, 2 marks for each question, and for physics, chemistry, and biology, 1 mark for each question. And there is no
negative marking.
