With regards to your recent enquiry about Poland work permit (PWP), we are delighted to let you know
that your profile has been selected for PWP which can lead to resident permit. This letter will provide you
a clear understanding about the services we provide and how to get employed in Europe and the privileges
you will get accordingly.
This contract of employment is executed and entered between ADEPT HUNTERS Inc and yourself, as per
the recruitment and HR consultancy agreement executed between various vendors/companies in Poland,
Czech Republic and other European countries and ADEPT HUNTERS Inc.
Basic Term of Contract:
1. Visa type - Poland D-Type Visa (work permit visa).
2 Hourly Salary -14.70 polish Zloty.: 3360 polish Zloty Per Month
3. Designation – Packer.
4 Processing Period - 90-120 working days.
5. Dura on of Contract - 2 Year and eligible for extension.
6. Accommodation- Provided by the company with Full/Part/Nil deduction from the salary depending on
various company terms.
7. Transportation - Provided by the Company to and from workplace.
8. Food - Self.
9. Working Hours -8 hours per day. (Weekly 40 to 60 hours).
10. Over time - Any extra effort put beyond the working hours will be considered as overtime and will be
paid as per the Poland Labor Law.

11. Leave - Benefits as per Poland Labor Law.
12. Medical + Insurance as per Poland Labor Law.
13. Renewal of contract upon mutual agreement of Employer and the Employee.
Our Responsibilities to Each Other
In conjunction to our services:
o We won’t be held responsible for the quality of the documents candidates provide to
the authorities.
o We won’t be held responsible for the changes in Immigration laws and policies of the
related countries of employment. Such changes may have implications on the time
frame for the work permit/Visa processing and we hereby takes no responsibility in
this regards. The advice offered at the time of application is regarded as current.
o It is candidate’s responsibility to book appointment for your cases in the Embassy of
Poland in the respective home/resident country.
o Our responsibility with the candidates ceases with the issuance of legal work permit
from the respective country of application.
Processing Period
The time period of processing for the work permit is approximately 90-120 working days.
Any delay in submission of documents on time by the candidate as per the requirement, will
be the responsibility of the candidate, which may lead to delay or Visa refusal.
NOTE {: Duration of visa process / stamping may vary according to the relevant government authority}
Refund Policy
Both parties hereby acknowledges and agrees that 100% of the first instalment of payment for
the job/work permit processing will be refunded in case of rejection /refusal for the work permit
by the authority not because of the fault from the candidate side.
If the candidate terminates by himself/herself, the first instalment of payment which is used
for Attorney fees and PWP fees will not be refundable.
