I am Birendra Karki, citizen of Nepal having Passport No: 12401188. I am currently working in a
Sagarmatha Agro Wildlife and Research Center – Nepal as a General Farm Worker. I have applied for
employment in one of the reputed farms in Poland, Pieczarkania Wojciech Łochina, 21-532 Łomazy,
Dubów 146 A, as a farmer’s helper. My job involves picking, sorting, cleaning and packaging of
mushrooms.

The company has arranged my stay in Poland along with insurance and medical facility. My working
hours will be minimum 160 hours per month and my salary will be 19.70 polish zloty per hour gross
which is 3152 PLN per month. My initial employment period will be for 1 year, however it can be
extended according to our mutual agreement.

My stay in Poland will be focused mainly to provide my service to the company. However, I hope to
enjoy the multicultural work environment with my colleagues. In my opinion, working abroad provide
great deal of experience which will help me to increase my work efficiency. Similarly, it will help me
to build my confidence to deal with different people in different circumstances. I am positively
waiting to work in Poland.
