Subject: Appeal on my Visa Decision

Dear Consular,

I am Mausam Bhandari, citizen of Nepal having passport no. 12481698, I had recently applied
for National Work Visa for Poland to work in a mushroom farm as a mushroom picker and
submitted my visa application at Poland Embassy in New Delhi, India through VFS global
on 20 October 2022. Unfortunately, my visa application for temporary work visa has got
refused and was marked in point number 10 in refusal letter as a reason for refusal. I would like
to re-appeal for my visa and taking this opportunity to explain you why I have no other intention
than working in Poland only as temporary worker and come back after finishing my contract.

The Reason of Refusal

 Doubtful purpose of the stay/entry in the Republic of Poland as per

the point number 10 in the refusal latter

My justification and appeal against the Decision

I made my application for working visa in Poland, I got opportunity to work in Poland in
mushroom farm named Pieczarkania Wojciech Łochina, 21-532 Łomazy, Dubów 146 A, my job in
Poland basically involves picking, sorting, cleaning and packaging of mushrooms. Therefore, I
would like to inform you that my stay at Poland is only dedicated to my work as a mushroom
picker.

I am from a middle-class family and currently working in a farm as a general farm worker and
doing similar job in Nepal but without the chance of growth or learning new modern skill,
technologies and also under very low salary. My current salary in Nepal is NRs. 19,500 per month
which is equivalent to 677 PLN only. Therefore, this is one of the reasons for my visa application
for Poland. My job here and in Poland are quite similar and I feel comfortable to do my job in
which I already have some skills. When it comes to the reward, Poland is very high for me in
comparing Nepal, because my company in Poland has offered me 3152PLN as a basic salary and
overtime benefits whenever its possible. More than that, I can also enhance my farm related skills
and use those skills in Nepal after my return from Poland. Moreover, the company will provide
me with the accommodation, health insurance and transportation during the working period
as well so my saving will be higher and I do not need to worry about accommodations and other
things. I included offer letter, conformation of the accommodation and my work permit with the
application as evidence that my company is trying to support in every possible way during my
tenure at Poland. Because of these facilities and prospect of better future in Poland I have refused
other work offer from other Middle East countries.

All the other supporting documents I have provided you with my application are genuine and
verifiable. I do not have any intention to go against the Polish law, soon I complete my contract
with the company I will surely return back to my home country and start the work and live
together with my family whose responsibilities is on my shoulder.

As per my knowledge and information, I have tried to fulfilled all the criteria to get the work
visa for the Republic of Poland. I do not have any other intention rather than being a skillful
and experienced farmer while working in the international farm in Poland, I would like to
humbly request you to review my visa application and provide me opportunity to work and
learn by working and living in Poland.

Thanking you very much for your consideration in advance.

Sincerely,

Mausam Bhandari
