Subject: Cover Letter requesting a Poland National Employment Visa

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Mausam Bhandari, a citizen of Nepal, holding passport number: 12481698 and my
Citizenship number: 35017212204 would like to request you to grant me a national employment visa
permit for Poland.

I have recently received a work permit of 1 year from the company in Poland named Pieczarkania
Wojciech Łochina, which is located in 21-532 Łomazy, Dubów 146 A. I will be working as a Farmer’s
Helper, and my job will be to pick the mushrooms

I do have work experience of more than 3 years in the same field, and it will be easier for me to
complete my job smoothly. I would like to go Poland as a worker because I want to enhance my skill and
to upscale my financial situation.

I have made all the ticket bookings and other necessary arrangements for my travel and accommodation
in Poland. My flight date is on 26th November, 2022. I have made a travel medical insurance of 1 year
from ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd, and it starts on 26 th October, 2022 and ends on 25 th
October, 2023.

I have attached all the necessary documents with my application form for your kind convenience.

I would be thankful and appreciate if you make a positive decision for my Poland Employment national
visa. As per experience and hard work I am fully I am confident that I will work hard and contribute to
the company.
