LETTER FOR A CANADIAN VISA APPLICATION

I, Mr. Ayatu Abdulia writing this letter to provide explanation for my Canadian visa
application. I understand the importance of providing detailed information to help the visa
offices assess my application accurately and expediently.

The main purpose for my visit to Canada is for the event (Global Energy Show Canada)
located at Calgary, Alberta, Canada which is taking place on 11TH to 13TH June, 2024.
I plan to stay in the country from 8TH to 16TH June, 2024.
During my visit, I will be staying at Hyatt Regency Hotel Calgary.
I have carefully prepared all the necessary documents to support my visa application, including
my valid passport, recent photographs, bank statements, proof of income, and any additional
documents required for the specific type of visa I am applying for. I have also included evidence
of my ties to my home country such as house,cars,company,employer,family members who will
remain in the country, which demonstrate that I have no intention of overstaying my visa or
immigrating to Canada.
To further elaborate on my current situation and background, I have been working as a
businessman since 30TH March, 2021 at my company “ULTIMATE ABDULLAH
ENTERPRISE”.My position is secured, and I am a valued CEO with no imminent work-related
problems, as evidenced by the attached letters of support from my company.
Due to the position I hold in my company, I have no intention to remain in Canada. I assure you
that I will return to my home country as soon as my trip is complete to resume my usual
responsibilities.

Moreover, my financial situation is stable, and I have sufficient funds to cover all my expenses
during my stay in Canada. My bank statement and proof of income demonstrate that I can
support myself while I am in the country and do not require assistance from the Canadian
government.

I would like to emphasize that I respect and understand the importance of adhering to the
immigration laws and regulations of Canada. I assure you that I have no intention to overstay my
visa or engage in any unlawful activities while in the country. My primary goal during my visit
to Canada is to reiterate the purpose of the visit and return to my home country upon completion
of my trip.
