Subject: Cover Letter for visitor visa application

Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is Yashpal Yadav and I am writing this letter to request you for a visitor visa to
Canada. The dates of my travel are from 10 December 2022 to 5 January 2023.
Currently, I run an infra-homes construction company called AMAN CITY, INFRA HOMES
DEVELOPER PVT. LTD. at Dashmesh Nagar, Aman city, Mohali, Punjab, India. Please find
attached copies of my business documents, Income proofs and my tax filling documents for the
last 2-3 years.
On 15th December 2022, my cousin brother Harsimran Singh, a permanent resident of Canada,
will get engaged at lovely banquet hall at 7168128 Street in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada.
So, I am very excited to attend the function. It has been a pleasure spending time with my brother
since childhood, and I wish to accompany him on this special day for him to increase his
happiness. I am a keen traveler and I have visited several countries like USA, Canada, Australia
in the past for business and leisure. Details of my travel history, copies of my visas, and passport
stamps for all these trips are attached with this file.
In addition to attending my cousin brother's engagement ceremony, I plan to visit world-famous
tourist sites in British Columbia, including Victoria, Whistler, and Okangan Region. During the
course of my stay, I will stay with my cousin at his apartment 1397 61st Avenue E in the city of
Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. V5X 2C8.
I will easily manage all other costs related to this trip e.g. Flight Tickets, meals, Transportation,
etc. I have sufficient funds around $30,000/- in my own accounts to pay for the entire trip and I
have attached copies of my bank account statements to substantiate this.
I will be purchasing medical insurance prior to my travel to Canada to ensure that I am not a
burden on the Canadian taxpayers in case of any medical contingencies.

I have properties and investments in my name in India, demonstrating my ties to the country.
Copies of the registration documents of my property as well as proof of investments are attached
herewith. Additionally, my aged parents, my wife are fully dependent on me.
I hope that this information will sufficiently demonstrate my intentions of travel as well as my
ties to India, and allow you to issue the necessary visitor visa to me. I undertake to make sure
that I do not remain in Canada further than the period allowed for my stay. If you have any
questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
Otherwise, I thank you for your attention to and cooperation in issuing me a Temporary Resident
Visas as soon as possible.
