Dear Sir/Madam,

Please find an application package under the Visitor Visa 'Temporary Resident Visa on my behalf.
Myself Harpreet Singh. My date of birth is 15 March 1980. I am a citizen of India with a valid
passport number S6090586. Which was issued on October 24, 2018, and expires on October 23,
2028. I am married to Jasbir Kaur and from my marriage; I have two children whose names are
Janpreet Kaur (Daughter) and Navpreet Singh (Son).

I am seeking to visit Canada due to the fact that my daughter’s convocation ceremony is coming. It will
be a great opportunity for me and my wife (Jasbir Kaur) to celebrate this occasion together with our
daughter (Janpreet Kaur) who is inviting us to Canada also with the purpose of visiting us,
spending quality time with us and she will show us a beautiful city and its surroundings where she is
currently staying. Therefore, our intended period of stay in Canada will be about one month starting
from June 03, 2023, to July 03, 2023 and we will be staying with my daughter whose address is 8922
134A Street, Surrey, BC, Canada.

Kindly note my following background and current situation:

1) I am a citizen of India and currently residing in Ward no.5, Sallo Majra, Ropar, Punjab,
India.
2) I own a house and agricultural land in India where currently reside.
3) I own a Farm of 20 Acres in Ropar, Punjab, India which I look after which is worth
168,270,400 Indian Rupees which is equivalent to $3,637,840 Canadian dollars. Though I
am financially very stable and I have around 1,600,000 in my Indian bank account which is
equivalent to $26,000 Canadian dollars. (Property Valuation and Bank Balance Certificates
are attached for your review)
4) The annual income from my land is approximately 12,00,000 which is equivalent to
$20,000 Canadian dollars (Income Certificate is attached for your review)
5) Additionally, I would like to mention that our daughter, Janpreet Kaur, is currently working
full-time in Canada and earning a monthly salary of $6,000 CAD. She has been granted
permission to work full-time as per the regulations allowing students to work while studying in
Canada.

6) My daughter, Janpreet Kaur, invited us to be there for her Convocation Ceremony and stay
at her place in Surrey, BC, Canada.

Furthermore, it is important to inform you that I have strong ties in India as I have my own house,
my Agriculture land, and other valuable assets to look after.

In addition, a complete list of the required Visitor Visa forms/details, supporting documents, and
other relevant documents are attached. For instance, I gathered all the required documentation
needed to fulfill my Visitor Visa application.

I assure you that I am committed to complying with all the regulations and requirements set forth
by the Canadian authorities during my stay. I understand the importance of adhering to the terms
of the Temporary Resident Visa and will abide by the stipulated duration of my visit.

I will appreciate your assistance in processing my Visitor Visa Application so that I can visit my
daughter to be a part of her Graduation Ceremony, which holds great significance for our family. I
understand what the nature of temporary entry signifies and I assure you that I will leave Canada prior
to my authorized stay.
