I would like to apply for a Short Stay Schengen visa upon my intention to travel to Italy (Rome)
from October 6th to October 10th, 2019 and France (Paris) from October 10th to October 14th,
2019.

The main purpose of my travel is to visit the magnificent sites and monuments in Rome and
Paris, as well as experience the famous Italian and French cuisines. I have planned this holiday
as part of a solo holiday. After leaving the Schengen area, I plan on spending 6 days in Ireland
before returning home to my family in India.

Manager - Marketing and Business Development. My employer has already approved my
vacation from work for the duration of this trip.

6. Transport and sightseeing arrangements for Rome and Paris

7. Employment and leave certificates showing approved leaves as well as the date I am
expected to return to work
8. A copy of my marriage certificate

9. ITR, Payslips, and Savings Account as proof of my income.

10. Visa appointment and fee payment for the next leg of my trip following my exit from the
Schengen area.

October 6, 2019 – Check in to The Rome Hello Hostel and begin sightseeing in Italy - The
Colosseum, Roman Forum, and Palatine Hill

October 7, 2019 – Sightseeing in Rome - The Vatican Gardens and Museums, Spanish Steps,
and Trevi Fountain

October 8, 2019 – Sightseeing in Rome - The Galleria Borghese

October 9, 2019 – Cooking class in Rome

October 10, 2019 – Catch a flight from Rome to Paris and check into Perfect Hotel and Hostel

October 11, 2019 – Sightseeing in Paris - Sacré Coeur and the Montmartre District

October 12, 2019 – Sightseeing in Paris - Louvre and Orsay Museum

October 13, 2019 – Sightseeing in Paris - Eiffel Tower and Catacombs

October 14, 2019 – Board a flight out of the Schengen Area to Dublin Ireland

October 14-19, 2019 – Sightseeing in Ireland - Dublin, and Galway

October 20, 2019 – Board flight from Dublin back to Mumbai (via Istanbul)
