I would like to apply for a France visa upon my intention to study and travel in France and nearby
countries from 07 September 2022 to 24 September 2022.
The last date of my visit to Europe was 3 years ago. With the unexpected circumstances of COVID,
I cannot travel to Europe as well as other countries. My granted visa to the Schengen area expired
in 2019.
The main purpose of my trip is Study and Travel. Please see my brief itinerary as follows:

● 24 September 2022: Paris, France to Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam
Talking about myself, I have been employed at Regus in Ho Chi Minh City since 18 April 2022,
currently holding the position of Community Associate, who takes in charge of the center
operation and works closely with the customers or office tenants. My employer has already
approved my leaves for this trip and I will return to work on 26 September 2022.
About my travel history, from 2010 to 2022, I have traveled to different countries named
Singapore, Thailand, China, South Korea, Japan, Australia, United States, Austria, Czech Republic,
Slovakia, Croatia, Hungary, etc.
Mindful of my legal and ethical responsibility to provide entirely truthful information on my visa
application, I attest that the submitted documents do not contain any falsehoods or exaggerations
about my personal status.
So, to fulfill the requirements for France Application Visa, I have prepared:
1. My passport
2. A copy of my old passport showing my travel history
3. The letter of invitation signed by IAE Paris Sorbonne Business School
4. An authorized copy of my national identification card
5. An authorized copy of my household booklet
6. An authorized copy of my permanent working contract since 18 April 2022 at Regus with
the amount of ____________ million VND gross salary per month
7. The leave form signed by Mr. Nguyen The Toan - Area Sales Manager showing approved
leaves as well as the date I am expected to return to work
8. The apartment leasing contract at Richlane Residences with the amount of _______ million
VND earning per month
9. The tenant agreement to prove that I am a legal owner of Richlane Residences apartment
for 45 years
10. The authorized copies of savings books as proof of my financial status
11. My bank statements in 6 recent months from Saigon Commercial Bank and HSBC
12. The proof of my credit card limit
13. My travel insurance
14. My travel plan
15. Also, the additional documents required for the Visa Application
To fulfill the requirements of the embassy, all of us have already got 3 shots of the Covid vaccine,
PCR tests will be done 72 hours before our flight.
