agreement setting out the proposed terms & conditions.

amnesties which will be provided by the company at the time of resumption to work location.

If you’re happy with the proposed terms and wish to accept the offer, please sign the

hear from you by that date the offer will be automatically withdrawn.

EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT & MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

THE PARTIES

The parties to the employment agreement are:

The Positions and the duties

1. POSITION

The employee is being employed as ________________________

2. REPORTING

The employee shall report to the Hershey’s Company or to any other representative of the employer
designated from time to time by the employer.

3. DUTIES

The employees are expected to have a flexible approach to their work duties.

Employees shall professionally perform assigned duties and responsibilities, in good faith, and to the
best of the Employee’s skills, abilities, talents and experience.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE RELATIONSHIP

1. Obligation of the Employer


The Employer shall
(a) Act as a good Employer in all dealings with the Employee
(b) Deal with the Employee or any other representative of the Employee in a good faith in all
aspects of the employment relationship, and
(c) Take all practicable steps to provide the Employee with a safe and healthy work environment.

THE PLACE OF WORK

The parties agree that the employee shall perform their duties at 19 East Chocolate Avenue Hershey,
PA 17033 USA.

HOURS OF WORK

The employee’s hours of work shall be 7 hours per day and 5 days a week between the hours of 9:00
am – 4:00 pm.

WAGES / SALARY / ALLOWANCES

1. Annual Salary
The Employee’s salary shall be USD18, 000 – USD 24,000 per Annum, which shall be paid $1500 -
$2000 monthly on the 27th of every month and 23rd of December into a bank account nominated
by the Employee.
Employee shall be given USD 500 weekly as an Allowance.

TERMINATION OF CONTRACT
The employer may terminate the contract by providing 28 days’ notice to the employees within the
trial period.
SUSPENSION
In the event the employer wishes to investigate any alleged misconduct, after the proposal of
suspension with the employee, and considering the Employee’s views, suspend the Employee on
pay whilst the investigation is carried out.

ABANDONMENT OF EMPLOYMENT
(a) In the Event the Employee has been absent from work for three consecutive working days without
any notification to the Employer, and the Employer has made reasonable efforts to contact the
Employee, this agreement shall automatically terminate on the expiry of the third day without the
need for notice of termination of employment.

ACKNOWLEDGE OF THE AGREEMENT

1. Variation of Agreement
The parties may vary the agreement, provided that no variation shall be effective or binding on
either party unless it’s in writing or signed by both parties.
2. Employee Acknowledgement
The Employee Acknowledge that:
(a) They have been advised of their right to take independent advice on the terms of this
agreement.
(b) That they have been provided with a reasonable opportunity to take that advice.
(c) That they have read these terms of employment and understand these terms and their
implications, and they agreed to be bound by these terms of employment and the Employer’s
policies and procedures as implemented by the Employer from time to time.
