An employee service agreement is a kind of Agreement, used in a contract to attribute rights and
responsibilities between parties to a bargain.

EMPLOYER (which expression shall, unless it is repugnant to the context, mean and include it's
successors-in-interests, administrators and permitted assigns);

______________________________________________, hereinafter referred to as the EMPLOYEE.
WHEREAS
The EMPLOYER called for applications from the eligible candidates for the post _________and in
response thereto an application-dated ____________ was forwarded by the EMPLOYEE to the
EMPLOYER.
On processing the application and the relevant documents, the EMPLOYER found the EMPLOYEE
adequately qualified for the post and offered to appoint him as __________________________ in the
Company.
The EMPLOYEE has accepted the said appointment on the terms and conditions herein after set out.
The EMPLOYEE shall be on probation for a period of ________. The decision of the management on
the performance of the EMPLOYEE during the period of probation is final and binding on the
EMPLOYEE.

The EMPLOYER shall increase the basic salary of the EMPLOYEE as per the policy of the

ARBITRATION:
Any dispute arising under this Agreement or any matter incidental thereto, shall be submitted for
arbitration as per the provisions of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Employment Policies
Code of Conduct: Employee agrees to adhere to the company's Code of Conduct, which outlines
expected standards of behaviour, integrity, and ethics.
Workplace Safety Policy: Employee agrees to maintain a safe work environment, follow safety
procedures, and report hazards or injuries promptly.
Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Policy: Employee shall maintain the confidentiality of sensitive
company information and refrain from disclosing proprietary information without proper authorization.
Data Privacy and Security Policy: Employee shall handle and protect personal and sensitive
information in accordance with company policies and relevant data protection laws.
Social Media Policy: Employee agrees to represent the company professionally on social media and
refrain from posting confidential information or engaging in behaviour that may harm the company's
reputation.
Drug-Free Workplace Policy: Employee agrees to refrain from using or being under the influence of
illegal drugs or alcohol in the workplace.
Attendance and Punctuality Policy: Employee agrees to maintain regular attendance, arrive
punctually for work, and notify their supervisor of any absences or tardiness.
Termination: -
Employment may be terminated by either party upon [Notice Period] written notice, subject to
applicable laws and company policies.
Governing Law: -
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
Include provisions restricting the employee from soliciting clients or employees or engaging in
competitive activities that may harm the employer's business interests, both during and after
employment.
Employee Acknowledgment
Require the employee to acknowledge receipt and understanding of the employment agreement,
including all policies, terms, and conditions outlined therein.

Legal Compliance: -
Include a provision stating that both parties agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and
industry standards related to employment and the performance of duties under the agreement.
