PROJECT-BASED EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

TO ALL TO WHOM THESE PRESENTS SHALL COME, GREETING:

This Contract of Employment is executed, made and entered this _____________ by and between:

__________________ DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a juridical entity created

and existed under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines with principal business
address at ______________________, Philippines, hereinafter referred to as the
EMPLOYER;

Mr./Ms. ___________________________, of legal age, Filipino, single/married, and
with current address at Barangay____________________, City/Municipality of
____________________, Province of ___________________, Philippines, hereinafter
referred to as EMPLOYEE;

WITNESSETH;

WHEREAS, the Employer is engaged in the construction business particularly within the
Province of Zamboanga del Norte and nearby provinces;

WHEREAS, the Employee manifests and guarantees that he/she possesses the requisite qualities
and competencies needed by the Employer in the conduct and course of its business and shall be
hired as a project-based employee;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, mutual covenants and
conditions contained herein, the parties hereby agrees as follows:

1. Employment Period- the employment commences on __________________ until the end or

termination of the project on ________________ and/or otherwise pre-terminated by the
client, provided that the following pre-employment requirements have been accomplished
and submitted prior to the 1st day or work;

2. Compensation- the employee’s gross compensation is Php________ per month.

3. Duties and Responsibilities- the employee hereby consents to be assigned primarily to the
duties and responsibilities as directed by the company, management or supervisor,
without being limited thereto. The employer reserves the right to appoint the employee to
other tasks and responsibilities but only as within the scope of the project assigned and
hired for the purpose.

4. Monetary Benefits and Leaves- unless otherwise provided in the company policies,
statutory monetary benefits and leaves will be provided to the employee whenever due
and proper.

5. Violation and Disciplinary Actions- Except as otherwise modified in the company policies,
labor law grounds for disciplinary action, including termination, is hereby adopted and
incorporated by reference.

6. Entry of Agreement- the parties hereby agree that this Agreement and those which are
incorporated herein by reference constitute the entire employment contract and
supersedes all prior arrangements, whether verbal or written. The parties expressly agree
that this project employment contract is separate, independent, and not connected to any
other arrangement for previous projects, to which the employee hereby declare that all
monetary claims have been paid.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

BEFORE ME, this ___________ in Dipolog City, personally appeared the PARTIES with their
proof of identities written below their names, known to me the same persons who executed the
foregoing instrument, an EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT consisting of four (4) pages, including this
page on which this acknowledgment is written, signed, by them and their witnesses and sealed with
my notarial seal, and hereby acknowledge to me that the same is their free and voluntary act and
deed.
