CONTRACTUAL EMPLOYMENT

1. This contract stipulates the terms and conditions under which company name.

pay, or any other privileges accorded to regular employee of the company, except those mandated by
law.

4. The following terms and conditions of employment shall be in effect for the duration of this Contract:
 Employee’s work week shall be from Monday to Saturday
 Employee shall be engaged for eight hours each day
 Employee is provided with work break accordance with the law
 Overtime pay shall be in consonance with the existing provision of law
 The No Work No Pay principle applies
 The wage shall be in accordance with that has been agreed upon between the
Employer and Employee but in no case shall it below the minimum wage mandated by
law
5. The employment of Employee shall carry all the protection that the labor Code of the Philippines, as
amended, provides.
6. The contract of employment shall be terminated at the date set forth without the sending of previous
notice to the Employee.
