DEDUCTIONS FROM PAY FOR CASH/TILL SHORTAGES AUTHOLIZATION AND

I____________________________________hereby pay MK__________________ as

contribution towards MK_______________________ Cash/Till shortages and further authorize
my employer (SFIL) to make twenty-five percent (25%) deductions from my pay each and every
month. I understand and agree that I am responsible for satisfying the above amounts. I
understand and agree that I must pay any amount that is due and owing at the time of my
termination, regardless of whether my termination was voluntary or not.
I also understand and agree that this authorizes my employer to return the entire amount of my
last Salary. I also understand and agree that I shall be prosecuted if I resign or stop working for
the Company (SFIL) for whatsoever reason before settlement of the whole shortage until I pay
the full amount of the said shortage. I further agree that no any kind of advances will be provided
to me before full settlement of the said shortages. I further understand and agree that deductions
will be made after any mandatory taxes as well as for any employer program in which I have
enrolled, for which I am eligible or to which I have agreed.

The contents of this Agreements have been read out, explained and interpreted in the language as
desired by the offender and the same is understood by the offender.
I/we hereby agree that in case the offender run away or fails to pay the said shortage I/we shall
be liable to pay on her behalf.
