CASUAL EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT

1. This contract stipulates the terms and conditions under which (name of Employer) agrees
to engage the services of (name Employee) as (Designation) in the (Department/Division),
with the wage at the rate of (amount) daily and ECOLA at the rate of (amount).
2. The employment will be on a casual/contractual basis in connection with our existing
work load and limited to the following period effective __________________ to
_______________.
3. The Employee being casual/contractual shall not be entitled to vacation leaves, sick leave
with pay, separation pay or any other5 privileges accorded to regular employee of the
company, except those mandated by law.
4. The following terms and conditions of employment shall be in effect for the duration of
this Contract:
 Employee’s work week shall be from Monday to Saturday.
 Employee shall be engaged foe eight hours each day.
 Employee is provided with work breaks in accordance with law.
 Overtime pay shall be in consonance with the existing provisions of law.
 The No Work, No Pay Principle applies.
 The wage shall be accordance with what has been agreed upon between the
Employer and Employee but in no case shall it be below the minimum wage
mandated by law.
5. The employment of Employee shall carry all the protection that the Labor Code of the
Philippines, as mandated, provides.
6. The contract of employment shall be terminated at the date set forth above without the
sending of previous notice to the Employee.
