    GREETINGS:

    Good day!

    I am very much grateful with the trust and confidence you reposed upon me and allowing me to
    lease that two (2) commercial unit’s subject of Contact of Lease dated January 23, 2020.

    I have been religiously compliant with my obligations under our Contract of Lease. Much that I
    would like to continue operating my business activity within the leased premises, however, I
    regret to inform you of this Notice of Pre-Termination occasioned by this present PANDEMIC
    that adversely affected our business operation.

    We are all aware of the economic impact of this PANDEMIC that resulted to closure of several
    business establishments including our business activity, the sole source for the payment of the
    agreed monthly rental.

    I just hope that everything is set in order in the near future and you would not hesitate allowing
    me to enter into any contract with any of your realties.

    Hoping that the foregoing would merit your humanitarian considerations.

    Anticipating a favorable action on the matter.
