Please be informed that August 21, 2018, Tuesday, is a Special (Non-Working) Day throughout the
country in observance with the Ninoy Aquino Day under Proclamation No. 269:

AUGUST 21, 2018 DAY-SHIFT Full Operation
NIGHT-SHIFT Full Operation

Likewise, employees under Mine Operations and support are required to work and other departments
that require continuous manning shall maintain skeletal force but also has to submit in advance to
Administration (subject for approval) the list of their staff to be on duty on the said holiday schedule.

Holiday pay shall be paid according to the provisions of the Labor Code.

Please be guided accordingly.
