AGREEMENT

This agreement (hereinafter referred to as the (“ temporary contract”) is entered into as of

- The employee agrees not to deduct for benefits for the meantime to give time for
the employers to process for business permits and government benefits, note
that the employer will notify all employees when permits already registered.

- The employee will be paid in minimum salary wage depends on their holding
position and other compensation such as overtime, night differential, holidays.

- The employee agrees to be employed on the terms and conditions set out in this
agreement. the employee agrees to be subject to the general supervision of and
act pursuant to the orders, advice and direction of the employer.

- The employee agrees to abide by the employer’s rules, regulations, policies.

CONTRACT TERMINATION
The employer may end the contract for any reason by giving appropriate written notice of
termination, should the employee found guilty of violating the company’s policies and
procedures, then the employees will be disciplined accordingly.
