REGULAR EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT

This Agreement is entered into by and between:

____________, a corporation duly organized and existing


under the laws of the Philippines, with its business address
at Unit 22C, Zoneville Condomininium, No. 2 Bukaneg St.,
Baguio City, herein represented by its President,
_________________, hereinafter referred to as
“EMPLOYER”;

_____________, hereinafter referred to as “EMPLOYEE”

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the EMPLOYER is in need of ___________________;

WHEREAS, the EMPLOYEE guarantees, declares, and warrants that s/he has the
necessary qualifications and is competent for the said position;

WHEREAS, due to the above representations, the EMPLOYER offers the EMPLOYEE
the above-mentioned position as a regular employee;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the parties
hereby agree as follows:

1. Duties and Responsibilities

The EMPLOYEE hereby consents to be assigned primarily the following duties and
responsibilities, without being limited thereto:

The EMPLOYER reserves the right to appoint the EMPLOYEE to other tasks and
responsibilities.

2. Employment Period and Working Hours

The employment commences on July 9, 2019.

Unless otherwise directed, the ordinary working hours shall be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00
p.m., with a one-hour meal break. The ordinary workdays shall be from Monday to Friday
except as otherwise instructed.

Upon the request of the EMPLOYER and in accordance with existing laws, the Employee
agrees to perform overtime work on any workday, or on Saturdays, Sundays or Legal
Holidays.

3. Compensation and deductions

3.1For and in consideration for the EMPLOYEE’s Services, the EMPLOYEE shall receive
a the sum of ________________________ Pesos (Php ____________) monthly.

3.2 The EMPLOYEE shall be entitled to government required benefits, such as SSS,
Philhealth, Pag-Ibig and 13th Month Pay in accordance with the Philippine
Regulations.

3.3 Employee shall receive pay for work performed beyond eight (8) hours a day, or
during Saturdays, Sundays or Legal Holidays, in accordance with the existing
Philippine Regulations.

3.4 The EMPLOYEE hereby agrees to deductions authorized by law, including but not
limited to, withholding tax, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG, debts owing to the
EMPLOYER, and all other analogous deductions.

3.5 After deductions, the net income shall be payable on the 15 th and 30th of each
calendar month.

4. LEAVES

4.1 The EMPLOYEE shall be entitled to the annual vacation leave of __ working days
per annum. Annual vacation leave is not accumulative and leave falling due but not
taken will be converted to cash.

4.2 The EMPLOYEE shall be entitled to Sick Leave of __ days per year. A medical
certificate issued by duly registered medical practitioners shall be required by the
EMPLOYER for sick leaves in excess of three (3) days in any given period.

5. Violations and Disciplinary Actions

Except as otherwise modified in the company policies, labor law grounds for disciplinary
action, including termination, is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference.

6. Taxes, Government Contributions, Authority to Deduct

The EMPLOYEE hereby agrees to deductions authorized by law, including but not
limited to, withholding tax, SSS, Philhealth, Pag-IBIG, debts owing to the EMPLOYER,
and all other analogous deductions.

7. Employee’s Obligations

7.1. The EMPLOYEE shall perform his / her Duties and Responsibilities as indicated to
the best of his / her abilities with utmost effectiveness and efficiency.

7.2. The EMPLOYEE shall engage his / her work with minimal supervision his / her
Duties and Responsibilities without being disrespectful to his / her superiors.

7.3. The EMPLOYEE shall not directly or indirectly enlist or work for any other
business organization or provide services to any third party during his / her
employment tenure with the company.

7.4. The EMPLOYEE shall notify the EMPLOYER of his / her intention to resign from
the company with a Written Notice at least thirty (30) days before the effective date
of resignation.

8. Obligations of the Employer

8.1. The EMPLOYER shall observe and evaluate the EMPLOYEE’s performances and
abilities with respect to his / her capabilities, efficiency, effectiveness, competence,
dependability, loyalty, honesty, professionalism and other qualities being a regular
member of the company.

9. Confidentiality

It is the EMPLOYEE’s responsibility to ensure that no information gained by virtue of


employment with the EMPLOYER or by virtue of his/her assignment to the EMPLOYER’s
clients is disclosed to outsiders unless the disclosure is for necessary business purposes
and pursuant to properly approved and written agreements. Confidential information is
any information belonging to EMPLOYER or its clients that could be used by people
outside the company to the detriment of the EMPLOYER or its clients. The EMPLOYEE
should take appropriate steps in handling all EMPLOYER business information in order
to minimize the possibility of unauthorized disclosure.

10. Non-Disclosure

The EMPLOYEE acknowledges and confirms that this Contract must remain confidential.
Except as maybe legally required by Law, the Parties hereto shall not make any
unauthorized disclosures of the terms and conditions embodied in this Contract.

11. Separability Clause

If any of the provision or stipulation contained in this Agreement or any document


executed in connection herewith shall be declared invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a
competent court or agency, the remaining provisions contained herein shall not be in any
way affected or impaired.

12. Entire Agreement

This Contract represents the entire agreement between the EMPLOYER and the
EMPLOYEE and supersedes all previous oral and written communications,
representations or agreements between the parties.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this document as of the date and place
first mentioned.
