Dear Sir / Madam,

I, Sangeetha Kunnathully Hariharan , and I am a forth year Student at

Govt College of fine arts, Thrissur, Kerala ; doing Degree Course , (BFA - Sculpture
) Bachelor of Fine Arts in Sculpture from September 1st, 2018.

I would like to apply for a Schengen visa to France along with my Husband Mr. Anoop
Attokkaran Krishnan (Passport No: U6382334) to spend few days as a Honey moon
Trip in the France and Netherlands for enjoying our vacations.

My University sanctioned me leave for the duration of trip and given No Objection
Certificate as per my leave request.

We would like to visit the popular tourist attractions in the France and Netherlands from
November 23rd to November 29th as a Tourist and I am providing the details/itinerary
of my trip and would like to obtain a Schengen visa for our trip of 07 days/06 nights.

We chosen this Europe tour as per the schedule in our bucket list after marriage as
because France is a popular tourist destination in Western Europe. it has a lot to offer
travelers who are interested in history, culture, art, and food. Paris is a world renowned travel
destination and the most popular place to visit in France. There is no shortage of things to
see and do in the city. France is a relatively large country to visit, and the countryside is quite
beautiful and has a reliable transportation system and its an efficient country to explore.
There are also many amenities available for tourists and budget accommodation options is
available throughout the country and The Netherlands is a much smaller country than
France, but it is a fun and diverse place to visit. Despite its small size, the Netherlands has a
lot to offer visitors. Most people who visit the Netherlands head straight to Amsterdam and
spend the majority of their time exploring this beautiful city. If you have enough time, it's
worth exploring other parts of the country as well.
My husband is the bearer of all the travel expenses of me .  My University has given me
leave Authorization and provided No Objection Certificate  for this trip, which you will find
enclosed. We have made bookings of our Flight and accommodations.

Based on the check list found in the website , I am attaching following documents
to support my application:

1. Application form fully completed and signed by applicant.

2. One recent passport-size Photograph (white background).
3. Original and copy of my passport.
4. Aadhar ID Card
5. Round trip flight ticket confirmation and Proof of intra-Schengen Flight Reservation
6. Copy of my booking at Hotels in Paris and Amsterdam. (Accommodation Proofs)
7. Detailed Travel itinerary with travel dates Indicating the Travel Plans .
8. Original Personal bank statement showing movements in the last 6 months, duly
stamped and signed by the bank.
9. Indian income tax return acknowledgement for the last three assessment years.
10.Proof of social or professional status:  Evidence of working activity or evidence of
source of income.  Leave authorization from the employer.  Salary slips of 3
months.  Employment Contract  No Objection Certificate from my employer
11.Net worth Certificate.
12.Copy of my Bajaj Allianz travel medical insurance policy, valid for the whole
Schengen Area and covering up to 50,000 USD for medical and hospital care plus
repatriation for emergency medical reasons.
13.No Objection Certificate and leave approval from my College.
14.Net worth Certificate.
15.Vaccination certificate.
