time General Farm Worker (48 hours per week) in our farm since 15 th May 2019 to till date. His
remuneration is NRS. 18,500.00 per month.

Duties and responsibilities

 Responsible for planting, growing, caring and harvesting plants in green house.
 Book keeping and managing accounts for the company.
 Supervise crop production phase and ensure quality all the time.
 Take decisions for the type and quality of plants to be grown undertaking the factors such as
weather conditions and demand in the market.
 Responsible for providing pest control solutions and ensuring good health of plants.
