Appeal Letter

Date: XXXXXXXX

To,
High Commission of Canada
New Delhi, India.

Subject: Application for a study permit, (Re-apply)

UCI: 1114695287
Application No: S302821465

Respected Sir/Madam,

Please accept this letter as a reference to the visa refusal decision formulated against
the application of Mr. Anil Adhikari, by the Canadian High Commission to study
Diploma program in Computer Systems Technician (Networking) at Georgian
College. The explanation for the refusal express that my motivation of visit isn’t
properly illuminated, in view of the subsection 216(R) of IRPR, and I have chosen to
reapply again with a moving aura.

Firstly, I would like to clarify that there are very limited academic institutions in
Nepal which specialize on the program I am rigorously passionate; Computer Systems
and Networking. The education system in Nepal is highly theoretical and does not
favor the students to testify the knowledge in their respective field. Thus, the
Nepalese education system lacks flexibility and doesn't deliver adequate opportunities
to materialize my career goals, which is why I have chosen to pursue the
aforementioned degree in Canada.

Moreover, my decision to further the studies is Canada is motivated by the desire to

contribute towards the augmentation of computer networking practices in Nepal. With
the newly gained knowledge and competences, when I go back to Nepal, I will have a
wide range of career opportunities as an IT and helpdesk support officer, network
technician, system analyst, junior network engineer or architect, computer networking
instructor, university academic or ICT teacher in technical educational institutions,
network infrastructure manager in ICT industry, network security manager, network
administrator and many more. As Nepal has just gone for federalism, lots of IT
professionals are required to meet the contemporary trends in Network and Security at
government offices, and I would like to capitalize my potentialities over there. After
working for few years and gaining exposures in Nepalese market, with assistance of
my parental property I would like to commence my own ICT networking firm and
provide efficient services with trained human and technical resources. These career
plans and my goals can realize huge potentials in career development and source for
earnings. Moreover, being the single son in my family, I have due obligations to look
after my parents and ancestral properties. These are the factors that would always
remind me of my home and pull me to its vicinity.

Lastly, I hope I have made the ambiguities clear with this application and re-request
you to provide me with a chance to pursue my dream course and accomplish my
career goals. I will, however, respect your decision, in whatever form it may arrive.

Sincerely Yours,
Anil Adhikari
