Shipping policy
Delivery of an order can take anywhere between 1 to 5 days after
dispatch. If you do not receive your order within 5 days of dispatch then

Regular Shipping Rates:
We charge a flat shipping fee of ₹300/- for orders below ₹5000/-
We offer free shipping for orders above ₹5000/-
While our regular shipments are typically on-time but there may be
occasional delays due to weather, breakdowns, local unrest, natural
disasters, or other unforeseen issues. We use reputable and trackable
courier services like Delhivery or DTDC, ensuring you stay updated at all
times.
*Regular Shipping charges are not eligible for refund.
Dispatch Timelines:
Prepaid orders are usually dispatched within 1 business day of order
placement, excluding any public holidays or exceptions made as per
customer instructions.
Cash on Delivery (COD) & Partial COD orders are usually
dispatched within 1 business day of receipt of advance, excluding
any public holidays or exceptions as per customer instructions.
Paid Express Shipping:
You can also opt for postage paid express shipping for superfast
delivery, only available on prepaid orders. Contact us with your area
pincode & details of all items in your cart to check availability,
speed and cost. Typically takes anywhere between 1 to 3 days to
deliver pan India (if available at your pincode)
*Express shipping is not available on COD & Partial COD orders.

Order cancellations:
Customers are eligible to request order cancellation. To initiate

situations cancellation will not be possible like when packages are
express shipped or out for delivery, however you may request a
return after receiving the delivery in such cases. Refer to our refund

Trek Kit India reserves the right to cancel any order/s due to various
factors like pincode non-serviceability, high RTO, exceeding order
value & stock unavailability. Prepaid orders will be refunded in such
cases.
