In connection with captioned subject, please find the enclosed herewith the “ Inspection Report and
Status of Procurements and installation of ATMS & TMS Equipment by our HTMS/Toll Expert “
Mr Dharmendra Kumar ( Annexure A & B ) , after conducting site visit project at 18 May 2024
IE observe that Installation of ATMS & TMS equipment work is not started.IE already instructed to
concessioner by different correspondence
SAICPL/Kam-Odd/NH-209(NH-83)/TN/IE/YHPL/2023/1010 dated 13.11.2023 and SAICPL/Kam-
Odd/NH-209(NH-83)/TN/IE/YHPL/2023/1035 dated 08.12.2023
IE again instructed to Concessioner start the ATMS work as per “NHAI Policy Circular No
214/2016 dated 15.09.2016” and IRC Code SP: 84:2014 Sub Clause 12.12 ATMS for ATMS
Clause 816.1 to 816.17 of Specification for Road and Bridge Works of MORTH .ATMS work

directly effect the safety of Highway user .Due to ATMS works not complete due time it effect the
PCOD/COD of project and whole responsibility of the late works is to concessioner.
IE provide the Installation chainage of all ATMS Equipments as per Attachment-Annexure-A & B
