Dear Sir’s / Madam,

Sub : Comprehensive A.M.C. proposal of ONE No WINGS make One number Passenger Lift at your
Installation Site.

Under this contract we shall maintain the elevator equipment’s of the following terms and conditions.

1. OUR SERVICE COVERS :

1.1 We will use specially trained personnel under our supervision who are qualified to keep your lift in
proper and safe operating condition.
1.2 We shall regularly examine, lubricate, adjust the elevator equipment’s.
1.3 We shall carry out servicing and inspection of the elevator 6 services / year.
1.4 We shall be periodically examining all safety devices.
1.5 We shall attend break-down as and when called for and same will be attended within normal working
hour i.e. from 10 A.M - 5 P.M.
1.6 If there is any breakdown after 5 P.M. or any holiday same will be attended next day in case of
emergency call will be attended on same day.
1.7 Repair or replacement of the following item included in this contact :-
a) Landing gate lock contact
b) Car gate switch, Safety Switch, Floor Switch
c) Brake coil
d) Hall button
e) Governor switch
f) Mechanical safety
g) COP contract
h) Brake shoe liner
i) Car enclosure Safety
j) Landing door, Car door and Header accessories
k) Flooring.( No PVC Flooring Covered)
l) Door Frame, sill
m) Machine, Motor sheave
n) Gear and worm.
o) Travelling cable, Main rope & Governor rope.
p) Controller parts and accessories ( Except Motherboard)
q) Sheave
 r) Up-Dn Final limit
s) Car guide shoe
t) Replacement of brake coil.
u) Relay Coil – fixed with controller
v) Complete Gate Lock
w) Hall Button Contacts
This agreement includes emergency minor adjustment and break down service during normal
working hours. If overtime servicing or repairs are later required by you will be charged extra.

2. OWNERS RESPONSIBILITIES :
2.1 Cleaning and white washing of the elevator hoist way and machine room.
2.2 The doors and windows of the machine room should be perfectly closed and protected from rain
water.
2.3 The elevator pit should be kept in clean and dry condition.
2.4 Defect if any (pointed out by inspector of lifts) to be rectified.
2.5 Renewal of miscellaneous insurance and statutory licences (On extra cost)

3. DETAILS OF ELEVATOR :

4.3 Capacity of Elevator : 4 Passengers/ 272 Kgs
4.4 Type of Elevator : Traction

3. CONTRACTUAL PERIOD &PRICE :

3.1 This service shall commence on and from 1st Feb 2023, and continue for a period of ONE years until
this agreement is terminated by 30 (thirty) days’ notice in writing by either of us.
3.2 Contract Price Rs 38500/-( Rupees Thirty Eight Thousand Five Hundred Only),GST @18 %
applicable. Payment will be made in advance.
3.3 Payment term : Annually/Half yearly
3.4 The contract price is based upon the cost of materials and labour prevailing on the date of proposal. If
there is any change of the above the contract price has to be revised accordingly.
 3.5 This price is applicable for one year and with escalation of 5% in price every year for subsequent two
years.

4. SPECIAL CONDITIONS:

4.1 We reserve the right to suspend call back service and / or discontinue any other work under this
contract of any other with us until all outstanding payment shall have been made as agreed and we
are assured that subsequent payment will be made as they fall due.
4.2 If you wish to place an order to us. Please sign and return one copy of our proposal as a token of your
acceptance for our record.
4.3 Customer will not claim damaged due to following reasons : -
a) Due to faulty power supply from C.E.S.C / W.B.S.E.D.C.L line.
b) Over current / Over voltage / Under Voltage from main line .
c) Due to force majeure conditions (thunderstorm, lightning, flood, earthquake, cyclone , etc)
4.4 Company will not cover any damage if occurred in civil structure ,Civil related part ,MS
Structure,M.S Structure covering ( Non Asbestos cement boards/ACP/Blue scope material in
this contract.
4.5 No painting & primer of any part covered in this contract.

6. SPECIAL CONDITIONS :

 We reserve the right to suspend call back service and / or discontinue any other work under this
contract of any other with us until all outstanding payment shall have been made as agreed and we are
assured that subsequent payment will be made as they fall due.
 Company will provide monthly once lift attendent for any special occasion without any extra charges
from 10:00 AM to 05 :00 PM . Except on Sunday and other holidays .
 Company will provide lift attendent for any special occasion on per day charge of Rs.1500/- timing
10:00 AM to 06:00 PM or for 8 hrs service in day time . For night service charges will be Rs 1000/- for
8 hrs duty .
