Subject : Supply of KVA Cummins Diesel Generator Set on Rental Basis.

Dear Sir,

We are pleased to submit herewith our Quotation for Diesel Package Generator,100 KVA and Engine:
Cummins, 400V, 1500 RPM, 0.8 Power Factor, 3Phase, 4Wire, 50Hz with the terms and condition as
specified below:

1. Minimum Rental period will be 01 (One) month reserve the right to bring back the
generator on completion of the agreement period unless the agreement is renewed on
mutually agreed terms by both the parties.
2. The generator set can be operated max. 08 hours per day for a total of 240 hour per month.
3. Rental rate & offer validity:
i) TK. .00(Taka Seventy five thousands only) Rent for up to 240 hours of
operation for 30 days with generator operator. Both transport and
load/unloading charge to be paid by Customer. One side loading
unloading and transport fair Tk..00
ii) The customer has to provide accommodation for the generator operator.
iii) For more than 240 hour operation per month the Customer agree to pay
additional TK.250 for each additional hour beyond 240 hour.
iv) Offer Validity: Subject to priority sale
4. The cost of fuel required for running the generator set is responsibility of Customer.
5. One separate earthing connection must be provided by Customer for rental generator.
6. Spare parts will be provided by if required. Schedule maintenance service will be
performed by company.
Company will supply Generator set with fuel tank & silencer, but the necessary cable and
the change over will be supplied by the Customer.
7. Transportation cost including loading, unloading of the generator set at the time of
delivery to customer site bear by Customer.
8. Replacement cost for any kinds of damage due to Customer’s negligence, abuse, misuse or
theft will be born by the Customer.
9. company may not be held liable for any damage to Customer’s property or personnel in
conjunction with the installation, operation and removal of the generator at the Customer’s
premises.
10. Customer agrees not to hold any employee of S or any person authorized by liable
financially or otherwise for:

i)Disruption of power supply to customer.

Ii)Any loss of production due to disruption of power supply.

11. company and its authorized representative have the right to enter the location at any time
upon giving prior reasonable notice to inspect, maintain and/or repair or remove the
Generator. The customer agrees to cooperate with and its representatives
12. Customer agrees to allow adequate access to or its authorized personnel for removal of
Generator set from customer site in the event of contract termination or nonpayment.
13. Non-payment of rental fee will automatically terminate contract and the Generator will be
subject to removal from Customer site
14. If contract is terminated by Customer any time during contract period then Customer is
liable to make full payment of rental fee for the balance of the contract period.
15. Billing period will start from the date of delivering rental generator at Customer site.
16. All communication must be in writing between Customer and
17. and the Customer reserve the right to terminate the rental contract at any time by
providing the other party with written 30 day notice.
18. Non-payment of rental fee will result in the removal of the generator from the Customer
site without any further need for notification or negotiation.
19. This Generator should be operated not above 70% load. If Customer operates the
Generator above 70% load the generator may face physical damage.
20. Customer agrees to issue a Work Order on his Letter Head Pad with Payment.
21. The Customer may extend the contract period subject to written notice 30 days prior to the
agreed termination date of the contract period.
