GENERATOR SET ON RENTAL BASIS

Pursuant to your requirement, we are pleased to present our proposal for your consideration as follows:

PROJECT SITE : Morong, Bataan

REQUIRMENT : 500kW, 380V, 3-Phase Genset

Supply of ONE (1) UNIT DENYO generator set or equivalent brand/model, ON-RENT BASIS. The
generator set is rated 800kVA (640kW) prime duty, 380V, 3 phase, 50Hz-60Hz, 0.8 power
factor, built-in fuel tank and hourmeter, complete with standard accessories and housed in factory-
installed.

BASE RENTAL INVESTMENT :Php 1,108,800.00 Twenty One Days (Unlimited hours)
Operator charge (Php 2,160.00/24 Hrs) : Php 45,360.00 Twenty One Days (Unlimited hours)
Provision of TWO (2) operators for shifting schedule.
Cable rental charge : Php 18,000.00 Twenty One Days (360 meters)
Provision of 12 x 30 meters power cables.
Installation Charge : Php 15,000.00 One Time Charge
Mobilization/Demobilization charge : Php 110,000.00 One Time Charge
Site: Morong, Bataan Rental Yard: Carmona, Cavite
Provision of TWO (2) trucks.

TOTAL INITIAL RENTAL INVESTMENT: Php 1,297,160.00 Twenty One Days (Unlimited hours)
Plus 12% VAT : Php 155,659.20
TOTAL INITIAL RENTAL INVESTMENT: Php 1,452,819.20 Twenty One Days (Unlimited hours)

(exclusive of fuel)

Note: Operator’s lodging shall be provided by customer.

All permits shall be provided by customer, especially DELIVERY PERMIT

NOTES AND OTHER APPLICABLE CHARGES

1. Base rental investment for minimum/maximum utilization of unlimited hours or twenty one (21)
days, whichever comes first.
2. Availability: Ex-stock, subject to prior rent or sale.
3. Validity: Thirty (30) days from date of this quotation.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All maintenance and repairs on the rented equipment will be provided by Hastings.
2. Rental contract commences upon departure of unit from Hasting’s yard.
3. Rental contract ends upon return of unit from Hasting’s yard.
4. Hastings can provide one (1) operator for a maximum of twelve (12) hours operation per shift
upon request of customers. Operator’s charges shall be for customer’s account.
5. Customer to provide lodging of operator during rental period.
6. Customer to provide fuel at all times.
7. Hastings’s scope of work is termination of cables on genset side only. Customer to provide
Hastings’s of the proper phasing of the cables.
8. Payment of 100% of rental rate, operator’s charge and mobilization/demobilization cost per unit
is required prior to mobilization.
9. Hastings shall not be held liable for any damages to any of customer’s properties in the course of
operation of the unit.
10. Any loss or damage to the equipment during the rental period shall be charged to the customer
accordingly.
11. Client should advise Hastings of order confirmation at least one (1) day prior to mobilization.
12. Hastings reserves the right to pullout or discontinue use of generator set by customer upon
expiration of initial rental contract unless a new contract is negotiated and additional or new
payment is remitted.
13. Customer to secure all the necessary permits, if any, for the generator during
mobilization/demobilization, and operation of the genset at site.
